We're not gonna talk about many detailed benefits of DNA based. Rather, we gonna have 30,000 ft view, 30sec elevator pitch, or one-pager discussion. Pick your poison.
Let me explain to those who still bash Ino and who may need a refresher course on the biggest difference between mRNA and DNA-based meds/vacs. Anyone with either engineering background or construction/contractor will grasp right away. I hope this msg will help some to have 'A Ha!' moment. I'll provide two examples below:
Ex. 1) Try to visualize the following: A blueprint of a house. In it, there are many different parts of the house on the drawing: floor plan depicting entrance, rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, windows, etc. So, what?
DNA based is the Blueprint, overall plan (whole genome sequence of virus, or whatever its designed to treat). In contrast, mRNA is like a window frame - there are many windows and require several different frames needed to build a house...Did light turn on yet?
Ex. 2) Try to visualize the following: You are in a conference room for a design review. A block diagram is shown with multiple boxes with lines interconnecting them. Each box depicting particular section of sub-design elements with input/output. DNA based is the Block diagram. mRNA is each sub-design element.
Keep accumulate when you can and what you can. Godspeed to Ino and true longs.
Any "A Ha!" moments?
Two independent circuits are needed to be shown in my schematic diagram. The diagram below is just an example, don't worry about it. Vs1 and Vs2 are both AC to DC adapters that supply 12VDC. Is the names acceptable or should I use A and B instead of 1 and 2? How about only V and not Vs? Is the symbol fine even though they are not batteries? I wanted the grounds to be isolated. Any tips?

Does anyone know what technology/method is used to draw diagrams onto these training boards? I'd like to make up a few of my own training boards and would love to have them look like this. Just not sure what the process is called to see what I need or who I can order a completed board from.

Can anyone point me to an exploded diagram/schematic/photos/youtube video of how the pulleys/guide wheels are assembled? Been to the waterrower site, not very helpful. Pulled it apart to fix tank seal, that is successful (after 6 week delay to receive glue kit from waterrower U.S. But now not sure I have all washers and the guide wheels installed correctly... thanks in advance!
Im very sorry if this is a newbie question, I'm still in high school and our teacher did not teach anything about making circuit/schematic diagrams. Basically just said to create a schematic diagram of a sensor that you can integrate with a transducer. Do I have missing labels? I am desperate for help. Thanks

It's kx-tg2584, I found the schematic of the cordless phone , I wanna get the schematic of the corded phone just to study it and get a good understanding of how it works
Has anyone got any idea where to source these from? Would Motorola themselves provide them for older series phones? It's comparatively easy to find them for iPhones, and I can even find some for really old Motorola products, but I've had no luck with any Z-series phone. I'm looking for a Z3 XT1929-17 diagram in particular.
I've bought a couple of busted phones off eBay and was amazed to find that both of them actually turned on once I disassembled them, cleaned them up a bit, and inserted a fresh battery. However, each one has issues, and since I didn't expect either of them to work, I want to experiment a little bit with board-level repair. One in particular works perfectly, except the charging circuit seems to be messed up. I can transplant it from the other phone, but I don't know what is what.

Does anyone have a copy of the schematic diagram for B&W ASW300 Subwoofer? My unit has developed a serious humming noise independent of any inputs. I cannot afford sending out for repair. I need to try and fix it myself. I have searched everywhere for the schematic with no luck so far.
I'm trying to diagnose an LC II. Powers on, no bong, no screen.
It's putting out a v sync and h sync signal. Voltages look good, it's got new caps and RAM has activity.
I've had to take out the battery but have read the LC II can boot without.
As subject, trying to find some schematics to troubleshoot it. Even a pin out of the ROMs and the MC68030FE16B would be good but I'm not finding much out there.

Hi all ! I just started my career as PLC Project Engineer in South Korea. This is my first job ever and I do care what I am learning and doing. The first project has been started a few weeks ago and Our company uses Siemens PLC.
My question is, is PLC Industry still using actively Siemens (German) schematic Diagram ? As my understanding there are a lot of standards in this industry like Japan, America, Europe or so, and our engineering team is kina facing problem with electrical panel design team not using this German system since we are in the country not very commonly using this system. So I want to know how people think about this system as a fresh man who doesnt know about PLC Industry at all and also its worth even struggling with another team.

I'm not a car person at and I just got a Chevy cruze 2017. I want to do a few mods to it and I'm wondering if there is anywhere that I can get the diagrams/blueprints/schematics so I can see the dimensions of everything without having to measure it. For example I would like to see how much space I have between the wall and trunk so I can figure out what subwoofer I can fit there or if I can at all. Not sure there even is such a thing that consumers can access but cant hurt to ask.

Has anyone got a layout/diagram for a project similar to an Audio Kitchen “the small trees”? I’ve built a valvecaster/solid state hybrid amp but now I’m hankering for something a bit nicer.
Something like a one knob valve based booster I can stick in front of my MT15 on cleans for a little bit more.
I’m open to pretty much any design, though the sound of the small trees appeals.
Or should I probably just do another standalone valvecaster instead? Just found it maybe a little lacking. The plan was to build a boost into an enclosure with a couple of VU meters. One for pre and one for post effect. Just for the look more than anything. The planned VU meters and board was this one can anyone see any problems? Only one I can think of is that the board is AC? So I’d have to remove the rectification part of the board? That’s what someone said to me but it says it takes 12v DC so I’d have thought it okay to use my standard 12v supply I’ve been using on my valvecaster amp.

Took me a while to hunt these down because of all the data loss and outages at Evil Planet and other sites, and finally found snapshots on the WayBack archive. To make them easier for others to find and use, I created ods versions (OpenOffice spreadsheets) which will open natively in that software, and should import fine with any version of MS Excel newer than 2010 or so.
As I included on the sheet itself, if anyone has any issue for whatever reason with my posting these here, please contact me and we'll sort it out.
In any case, it diagrams the specific layout for both the Square of Insanity as well as the Tornado Trap, and provides some basic information about both, and it was too good a resource to allow to be lost to time. Happy... er, EVIL gaming everyone. ^_^
Just got a bolt kit for my 2006 cbr600rr because the owner before me somehow last half the fairing bolts. Is there any directions/ diagram of where these bolts/screws need to go? I just want to put it together correctly. I really have nothing to follow here so I’m somewhat clueless.
I'm currently prototyping a new design with my team. I'd like to start capturing schematics for the systems we've built for future development.
The problem I'm running into is almost every schematic software package I've found is for PCB design (i.e. schematic, board dev, gerbers, etc.). I'm looking for software that will allow me to:
- Draw the schematic (using standard schematic formatting)
- Create a wiring diagram (display images of the PLC, touchscreen interface, breakers, fuses, etc. and draw connections + name nets for technicians to build off of)

I used to develop in EAGLE and have looked into Easy EDA, DesignSpark, & ProfiCAD, but it doesn't appear that any of these packages can do non-PCB work.
