Refulgent Puns

I want to get refulgent strike so I can farm easier on Nioh 2, but it says I need to have a "certain amount" of astral wisdom. I have 25, does someone know how many I need?This lack of info is really bugging me off

It says to use certain active skill to kill an enemy and you get 100% more Amrita. But how do you assign it to the active skill so I know what skill should I use for the killing blow

Do you think the proc chance needs to be increased?

Yes, Bard DPS is in a pretty good position. However as those DPS are cherry picked with good openers, it does notentirely show the average DPS that Bards will actually do in most scenarios.

Currently RA has a 20% proc chance. And after doing some testing, it's just literal RNG. There are time I got none for an entire minute, and in other times I get 3 in a row.

This makes openers very icky. Basically you skip using barrage with EA and hope an RA pops before the next EA (before buffs drops). And if you don't get an RA, you are kinda forced to use barrage on EA, when most likely buffs have dropped, leading to a big DPS loss.

I haven't really seen many people talking about this, so perhaps it's just me. So I wanted to hear from Bard players.

Possible solutions.

1. Increase proc chance to 30-40% (this may break balance though).
2. Songs increase proc chance as a personal buff.
3. Battle voice increases proc chance to 50% (as battle voice currently does not affect self, this may be a good personal buff).

What do you guys think?

I know that the key is in the prefixes here, but I still don't get it.

Is "fulgent" actually emitting light while "refulgent" simply reflects it? Then what about "effulgent"? Does that just mean generally bright in an effusive manner?

There's definitely lots of different non-Ilya strats for LR, but this happens to be my favorite one. The opening also shows how to resolve bowtie for any strat that requires it. As noted in the video desc, for hourglass you can choose to swap 1 + 3 instead.
