A list of puns related to "Readmission"
I entered law school with a 168 LSAT score (way above their 25%) for which I was given a scholarship for as well. My family began facing eviction nearing midterms from our home of since I was a kid, and I had to balance the two, but eventually we got evicted. Unfortunately this was right before reading period and into finals of my first semester. We had no money to hire workers and my parents are elderly so I didn't sleep and tried to get everything out in time before the sheriff locks the doors. Ultimately, I managed to stay afloat in law school somehow, and only now, in my second semester as a 2L, I am being disqualified for the previous semester. Mind you, I only fell under the required GPA by ~0.1 cumulatively; I did however lose my scholarship. Moving along, I landed a position as a law clerk that semester but our car got repoed and I had to resign unfortunately. Also, since moving out we've been staying with a family member in a house of 9 people where I still live off the couch in the living room.
Im leaving out how it affected me because I'm sure anyone reading this can sympathize. I basically only have law school left, and its something I've worked very hard to reach. Does anyone have any advice that can help me better prepare a petition for readmission given my situation? I really appreciate anyone who took the time to read and provide advice.
If a friend of mine failed out of the engineering major, would they be able to get back in if they get their gpa back up?
Good morning. Kinda stupid question, but I was wondering if pwede ba magpa-readmit without taking any units. Need ko lang to complete and INC. I don't know kasi how I can apply for courses pa if nagpa-readmit ako this late, and I honestly don't want to din since I've decided sana to extend my LOA (but that's not possible now)
Thank you po sa sasagot.
I'm about halfway through the program, but new job is killing me and I don't think I have enough time for OMSCS.
I've read that 2 consecutive semesters off requires readmission. So..
Is there any chance I get rejected from this readmission process? Even a small chance of being rejected? I've already sunk too much time to risk it haha
I've heard the time limit for graduation is 6 years. Does my a year off count towards this limit?
Any other potential downsides to taking a year off and applying for readmission? Ex) Readmission showing up in student records, etc.
Thanks!
I currently am waiting for the mandatory draft order in my homeland and I am planning to go back to UCSD as soon as I finish my service (if it's possible).
By the time when I received the draft paper, I was attending my first semester in SD as a transfer student. Because they wanted me to come back from the states as soon as possible, I withdrew on the day before the class-drop deadline. So I left UCSD with GPA of 0.00.
My question is - am I still eligible for the readmission?
The qualification for the readmission is having at least GPA of 2.0, but I wasn't able to achieve it due to unexpected circumstances. If you were in a similar situation, please reply. Thanks!
I left school in 2020 to complete my military service requirements here in my home country. I'm a corporal going on sergeant, which means I only have a couple of months before I get out of this hellhole.
I already declared the CS major so I'm set to take the courses that come after CS61A/B and CS70. The problem is, I don't remember shit from my classes and honestly I'm lost as to where I should start. I'm wondering if just bushwacking my way through the previous course material again would be the best use of my time, or if there's some other better way. I think it would depend on whether the higher level courses heavily depend on the previous courses... thoughts?
TLDR; the army turn me into big dumb dumb, what do to get math and cs back in brain for upcoming coursework?
Hi, I would like to know how tough is to get readmitted to Purdue after academic drop. I did two semesters at Ivy and my cumulative GPA is 3.6. Thank you
Hey everyone,
I decided to withdraw from my Spring 2021 term at FSU as a Freshman due to a rapid decline in my mental health, given outside circumstances at that time.
Recently, I've been yearning to go back to school and decided to apply for readmission for fall 2022. Does anyone have any experiences they would like to share about working your way back into student life?
I'm not exactly sure when I'll hear back from the school (If anyone can share an answer for that I would be extremely grateful), or if I'll be accepted at all.
Thanks in advance,
A returning 'Nole (hopefully)
I was accepted to NYU for Fall of 2021 as a transfer & even paid for the deposit fee & enrolled in classes -- but ended up having to withdrawal last minute due to financial reasons. I want to attend in the Fall of 2022 & just saw I could apply for readmission (rather than apply all over again).
I noticed their readmission application states to only use this form if you have withdrawn from NYU and are seeking readmission and have not attended another college or university since your withdrawal." And if you've gone to a different school, reapply as a transfer β But in the readmission application, it allows you to select "Yes" for "have you completed credit-bearing coursework outside of NYU since last being enrolled at NYU?" and explain your enrollment activity.
After withdrawing, I completed a semester of college credits (4 classes) at a university in my hometown because it was a spur-of-the-moment thing after realizing I couldn't go to NYU last minute (I am not going to be completing credits next semester (Spring). I never would've done this if I knew that NYU has a readmission application.
Long story short, I guess I'm confused about what to do if I want to go to NYU because they say that if you've completed college credits to reapply as a transfer β but in the readmission application there is an option to say you've completed credits elsewhere and explain your situation. Do you think if I say I've done credits elsewhere they'll automatically deny my readmittance?
Does anyone have experience with this? Any help is appreciated!!
I had a really hard time this past semester. I had a lot of life changing things happening in my personal life and it caused a bit of a mental break. I freaked out and blamed it all on my environment and decided that I needed to transfer. I left UConn, but I already feel like that was a mistake. I made a very emotional decision and I regret it. How difficult is it to be reaccepted? I want to explain my situation and see if they would take me back, but I'm afraid that if they don't, I have permanently fucked up. Does anyone have experience with this? TIA.
Does anybody know when the readmission for summer term is going to be opened? I have checked Athena multiple times, but it is still not showing up.
Hey guys. I hung my Readmission up when the snow fell but now I'm thinking about it again. I have all the gear I need (gloves, coat, toque, boots) but what about my bike?
I'm thinking studded winter tires. Any recommendations?
How does the cold affect the battery range?
Howdy, I am planning on leaving the university this spring to go to basic as a 68W in the army reserve. I am currently in good standing and have around a 2.9 GPA. I am worried that I may not be readmitted? Should I maybe postpone?
If I put my friends readmission ticket on my app, to buy tickets, then changed my mind and didnβt buy anything with it. Can they redeem it on their own device?
Iβm sorry if this is worded poorly I can explain better if no one understands.
Has anyone here applied for readmission? If so, how did it go for you? I was on academic probation after 2019 fall semester due to mental health issues, but really proved myself for spring 2020, and I got all As and a B. However, for fall 2020 and spring 2021, i decided i was going to take community college classes and come back for fall 2021. However, during spring 2021, i went through an extremely abusive situation and suffered extreme post traumatic stress, that it was really hard for me to even think about coming back for fall 2021, and it was extremely difficult for me to finish the community college courses i'd taken that semester. I am doing a lot better now, but now that 3 semesters have passed, i have to reapply for admission. Do I have literally any chance of getting back in? Have i completely messed up all of my options? I just want to continue my education and succeed in life... none of this was my fault.
So I have applied for readmission for UCF and am taking a 3000 level course right now at Valencia in the mean time. I am a little concerned because it looks like I might not be able to get a B in the class. I know I could've gotten a B and my grades in the last half of the course have been vastly better than in the first half as I was stressing with the readmission process and being redirected all over the place in all my inquiries, would this be a consideration at all? Should I ask the professor if I can be rounded to a B? I am about 4% away from a B if I my score on the final is consistent with the rest of my work. would getting a C 100% stop me from being readmitted to UCF? It is the only class I have been able to take that satisfies graduation requirements at UCF.
I got my hopes up and thought I was readmitted to my nursing program this spring semester :/ when in reality it was just a reminder to submit a student COVID 19 acknowledgment to register for classes.
I think my email address still receives messages from the nursing department despite withdrawing from my courses earlier in the semester. I told everyone prematurely I got back in when itβs still up in the air. I understand that the nursing department has bigger things to worry about than my readmission but I have no idea when theyβll let me know their decision.
I submitted a letter and had called the department. I was told theyβd send me an email letting me know if I got in or not and that was a month ago. Now Iβm disappointed because all this time I thought maybe that meant I got in. I might call again because why not the waiting is killing me.
For context I withdrew from my courses because I had to leave to give birth and take time off. Iβm just wondering if theyβll let me back in or not. The deadline for submitting the letter was by the end of the semester. Since Iβm outside the loop on when nursing classes end I have to just assume by the end of December. Canβt believe I made such a huge assumption π
I keep getting emails saying the grace period on my loans is ending since I am not enrolled at tamu.
How do I let them know I'm still enrolled as a student? Or do I have to go through the loan process with blinn now?
Anyone know the best performing team against the all blacks since 1992 when the boks were re-admitted?
I trawled Wikipedia for results and came up with this: Wallabies played 80 won 21 - 26.25% South Africa played 63 won 16 - 25.3% England played 26 won 5 - 19.2% Ireland played 22 won 2 - 9%
Over that same period: Wallabies 32 wins over the Boks, v 27 losses.
Is that right? Felt surprising to me
So um, I haven't paid my tuition fees for the fall quarter of 2021 and thus, have lost my status as a student. I'm freaking out because apparently you need to have had already taken courses at UCI in order to reapply for another quarter? I was recently admitted as a first year transfer student and this would've been my first quarter on campus. Does this mean I'll have to submit a whole new application through the University of California website? I'm extremely lost right now and too scared to bring this up to my parents.
Hi! I am currently going through the readmission process for St. Johnβs since I had to take a year off (I last went to my class last fall), does anyone know how it goes? I sent my readmission application on December 4th, but I havenβt heard anything back. I would assume it takes a while to hear back but I was hoping to come back to school for spring 2022 but I donβt know if Iβll be able to since I havenβt gotten an answer on my application, let alone be able to pick my classes/get assigned my classes. So if anyone here has gone through the process or knows anything about it, please let me know! Especially if you know how they let you know their decision. Is it by email or do I have to check my student account? Thank you!
I also sent out my application both electronically and by mail. I sent it by mail first but then later emailed the admission office and they said sending it by email would get me a faster response so I also sent it electronically as well.
NO SPOILERS PLEASE!!
I was a kid when the game happened and I never knew who won, or even watched the game.
It is clearly a historically important game, but is it a game worth watching today?
Bonus points if anyone has a replay I can watch!
title basically explains. Is this possible?
My last semester at UCF was Fall 2020. I changed my major which meant I needed to take more math/science classes that a community college offered (at a much lower price) so Iβve been taking classes trying to fulfill those credits since. Spring 2022 will be my last semester at my community college because I will have taken all the classes that I need. So do I have to apply for readmission at UCF or do I just fill out another regular application?
So I just applied for readmission for spring 2022 and there were two applications I had to complete, a readmission application to the registrars office and an application for college support from the College of Science. I was wondering does the College of Science have to give me support for me to be readmitted or is that just a fast track to readmission? I've asked COS advising services but there seems to be some confusion on the matter so I was wondering if anyone here had any knowledge on that. I'm just a little worried that since I was only able to take one class while disqualified from UCF since I already have my AA that the COS will see that as a lack of evidence that I will be able to perform well at UCF if readmitted.
Hello, I'm a UPD student gone AWOL because of financial problems, and I'm not attending classes ever since last semester until now (New academic year). Any students who experienced the same problem? I want to be readmitted, but apparently I don't know the steps in doing so.
Hi! I'm in the process of filing LOA and tanong ko lang if every LOA ba is laging may readmission na need bago mag-enrol next sem? Thank you! I'm a confused isko right here.
