My husband is in the habit of buying a quart of whiskey
every other day from a Chinese bootlegger named Chin Waugh living at 317-16th near Alder street. We need this money for household expenses. Will you please have his place raided? He keeps a supply planted in the garden and a smaller quantity under the back steps for quick delivery. If you make the raid at 9:30 any morning you will be sure to get the goods and Chin also as he leaves the house at 10 o'clock and may clean up before he goes. On December 22, 2021 Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed the following bills into law:
House Bill 29 The sports gaming bill is the result of the work of the Conference Committee of Representatives Jay Edwards, Bill Seitz, Adam Miller, and Senators Kirk Schuring, Nathan Manning, and Cecil Thomas. This bill will permit sports wagering in Ohio, under the regulatory authority of the Ohio Casino Control Commission and the Ohio Lottery.
Senate Bill 58 Esther’s Law was sponsored by Senators Nickie Antonio and Andrew Brenner. This bill permits a nursing home resident to install a camera in his or her room. The bill is named after Esther Piskor, the mother of Steve Piskor, a constituent of Senator Antonio’s.
House Bill 122 This bill, sponsored by Representatives Mark Fraizer and Adam Holmes, permits doctors to conduct appointments via telehealth.
Senate Bill 217 This legislation is a technical corrections bill that will align current Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) practices with state law and narrows the exceptions for which BCI background checks can be released for long-term care job applicants. The bill was sponsored by Senator Tim Schaffer.
Senate Bill 59 This bill, sponsored by Senator Tim Schaffer, creates a prohibition on transferring or selling certain war relics to non-specified groups or entities.
Senate Bill 157 The legislation creates protections for children who are born alive after a failed abortion attempt. The bill expands abortion manslaughter to include failing to take measures to preserve the health of a child born alive after an abortion, and creates a right of action for the affected mother to sue a person guilty of abortion manslaughter. Rule 1: Mimics are not human. They look like humans, they act like humans, they speak like humans, but they are not humans. Keep it in mind.
Rule 2: Keep contact with mimics to the minimum, especially during the arrival of a new batch of them. They are good at imitating humans and will plead, cry, argue with you in order to find a weak spot. Do not give them a chance - interrupt such attempt immediately, and, if needed, with violence.
Rule 3: It is possible that some of the new arrivals will resemble the ones you know - your neighbors, your former colleagues, your friends, your family members. Remember - everybody arriving at the gates of the Facility was thoroughly screened in order to avoid any mistakes, and is definitely a mimic. So do not let them fool you, and ESPECIALLY do not show them that you recognized them - they will use it against you.
Rule 4: Mimics are to follow Facility rules without exception. The punishment for misbehavior should be harsh and swift in order to discourage others. Remember - mimics are not humans, and therefore are not eligible for your compassion or pity. They are not even animals - they are absolutely ALIEN creatures and should be treated as such.
Rule 5: If you notice that you are starting to feel some emotions towards mimics, please consult an on-site psychologist. It is a sign that mimics have found a way to influence you, which means that when left unchecked it can make you a COLLABORATIONIST, which is one step behind being a mimic.
Rule 6: It is discouraged to have sexual relationships with mimics, with the exception of the purpose of punishment. In this case, it is needed to be made sure that no offspring are produced, and if pregnancy occurs, that it will be promptly terminated.
Rule 7: It is prohibited to you to enter any of the Facility's buildings, except for specifically designated for your duties. You are not allowed to enter any of the mimic's living quarters, no matter what you hear from the inside.

Here's the BLUF (bill text included below)
- SEC. 736 Vaccine refusals are limited to Honorable Discharges and General Under Honorable
- SEC. 913 Commissioned a study over the next year to see the viability of a Space National Guard
- SEC. 512 No use of private funding for interstate deployments
- SEC. 230 Assembling four NG units to participate in a micro nuclear reactor program
- SEC. 1249 Briefing requested on enhanced cooperation between the NG and Taiwan
- SEC. 2601 Bunch of spots getting cash for construction/land acquisition (listed below)
SEC. 736. LIMITATION ON CERTAIN DISCHARGES SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF
FAILURE TO OBEY LAWFUL ORDER TO RECEIVE COVID-19 VACCINE.
(a) Limitation.--During the period of time beginning on August 24,
2021, and ending on the date that is two years after the date of the
enactment of this Act, any administrative discharge of a covered
member, on the sole basis that the covered member failed to obey a
lawful order to receive a vaccine for COVID-19, shall be--
(1) an honorable discharge; or
(2) a general discharge under honorable conditions.
(b) Definitions.--In this section:
(1) The terms ``Armed Forces'' and ``military departments''
have the meanings given such terms in section 101 of title 10,
United States Code.
(2) The term ``covered member'' means a member of an Armed
Force under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of a military
department.
SEC. 913. STUDY AND REPORT ON THE ROLE AND ORGANIZATION OF SPACE ASSETS
IN THE RESERVE COMPONENTS.
(a) Study.--The Secretary of Defense shall conduct a study to
determine the appropriate role and organization of space-related assets
within the reserve components of the Armed Forces.

(2) An analysis of--
(A) the costs of establishing a Space National
Guard in accordance with subtitle C of title IX of H.R.
4350, One Hundred Seventeenth Congress, as passed by
the House of Representatives on September 23, 2021; and
(B) how a Space National Guard established in
accordance with such subtitle would operate as part of
the reserve components.
