A list of puns related to "Procaine"
This should gonna be huge. As a needle addict/fan I prepared a session of my dreams with a prof. domina really well. It is my favorite fantasy getting several drugs injected by a female. I'm glad she took the risk, we know each other very well and trust us. In the end it turned more to a trip sitting which was OK for me.
I prepared the following solutions:
3 hours before the session I selfadministered a venous access with a peripheral IV catheter "Braun Vasofix Safety" and closed it with a mandrin.
Directly before the session started I removed the mandrin and added a one way luer lock valve (that prevents reverse blood flow) and a prefilled extension line (type Heidelberger) 30 cm. (this detaches movement from the catheter plastic tube and keeps connection safe. All this were secured by 3 additional straps. I'm always panicking loosing connection and this is the most secure one for me.
Dosing:
T -0:45 50mg Viagra; 0,6ml BDO
T 0:20 12ml Procaine IV
T +0:30 6ml Procaine IV
T +0:45 50mg MDMA IV
T +0:55 25mg MDMA IV
T +1:05 25mg MDMA IV
T +1:20 25mg MDMA IV
T +1:40 25mg MDMA IV (total: 150mg?)
T +2:00 1,2ml BDO
T +2:15 DMT IV
.... incrementing amounts of DMT every 6min (total: 190mg)
T +4:00 DMT IV (last big dose)
Procain is always underwhelming for me at least and I did it only for nostalgic reasons. The big syringe gave me a short high and a 2 minute buzz and that was it. The smaller one next was already to late and to slow administered to continue that feeling, it was totally weak. A waste of time. hint: If you want to try that substance i.v. please start with no more than 2ml of a 2% Procaine solution. You are quick enough on 10ml per shoot.
My domme recognized the weak effect and switched to the next substance: MDMA. We double checked the bottle and dosing and here we went:
We started with 50mg which gave me a nice instant rus

I am documenting my Neural Therapy experience as I haven't seen any posts about it yet. As it will be a long post I'll try to make it as migraine friendly readable as possible as I know many of you will be in pain reading this ;)
->TL;DR at the bottom<-
I (33,m) am a long term Migraine sufferer; Migraines started in puberty, pain mostly left side below eye (2nd trigeminal nerve), no aura, 15-25 days in pain/month, Pain starts either in the morning or 4PM. My usual medication Almotriptan & Ibuprofen 2x /week. I've tried a LOT in the past, basically everything available except Botox (all classic preventatives including the newest stuff Ajovy, Emgality Aimovig) and nothing really changed my migraines.
Overview where most of my pain comes from
I recently started weekly osteopathy sessions and we quickly found some nerves that trigger my migraines. I have a great doctor (internist) who is open to experimenting with new techniques and is taking the time to actually listen. I asked him if we could turn off certain nerves to check if the triggers are of a mechanical nature rather than hormonal/biochemical.
He told me about Neural Therapy and offered to inject procaine into the areas i previously identified with my osteopath. Of course I said yes, you guys know the drill ;) The first result was not very encouraging. He injected in the muscles around the left base of my skull and maseter. We triggered a massive migraine that lasted 3 weeks. I instantly knew we were on to something and started researching more. The therapy was developed in Germany and is labelled "quacky" by classical medicine. Anyhow, I don't gave a flying f*ck about what "classical" doctors have to say because they don't know sh*t about migraines (short rant) and promptly found myself a Neural Therapy specialist.
The specialist told me instantly that we injected the wrong sites and started an inflammation resulting in the migraine. Neural Therapy requires a special course and can only be applied by doctors.I was convinced right away and took 3 appointments up until now (the next one is tomorrow).
I got there in pain and have been 3 weeks before already (pain around the left eye, just as pictu
