Tips for a simple pilsener
Most of the time i brew triples or IPAβs. Beers which (in my opinion) letβs me get away with errors, by just adding a ton of flavour with hops. So i never know exactly where the bitterness comes from, either the amount of hops (boil or dry), or even a wrong configuration in my mill.
So i would like to try out an as simple as possible pilsener. Am i looking in the right direction? Or is there no such thing as a simple pilsener?
And if a pilsener is a good way to go, does someone have a nice recipe?

First pilsener tasting this year, simple Pilsener with 50% more Hop than recipe recommended, coloring a bit βWeizyβ, very earthy and sparkling. Needs probably couple more weeks.

What are some good local stouts, Belgians, and hefeweizens? I'm not much into lagers, pilseners or IPA but like most other stuff.
