I came across a whole bunch of people crowdfunding for Neurophysics therapy, developed by an Australian and only available over there apparently (hence the crowdfunding, we’re European). I am usually a proponent of trying things and ‘whatever works for you’, whether it be scientific or not, but this seems like a whole lot of money for GET-light. Yet some people I “know” through others apparently have recovered. Wondering if people are familiar with it and can shed a light on this. My theory is that these people didn’t have ME after all, but then again, that remains the question for myself as well. Not planning to fly to Australia by any means. I guess whenever I come across something expensive that seems too good to be true I would like people to debunk it
Hello everyone, I'm asking this because I'm getting really tired of looking for something that, at this point, I doubt exists, I know this is a very niche field that I have picked, but I saw someone post on here before that they were working in a related field. So I'm just asking do universities offer scholarships for master's degree in neurophysics? Or even just medical biophysics or any related field for international students I know biophysics departments in general are very rare and the very few universities that have Biophysics departments usually don't offer postgrad degrees in the field (mine didn't, I majored in biophysics, but we don't offer postgrad degrees) I'm just looking for help, a scholarship program that I can apply within or a university that I can contact and ask or anything because it does feel like I'm looking for something that doesn't exist. Hey guys, I'm applying to graduate schools this cycle and wanted to know if there were any university programs in the U.S. that you all knew were well-known for theoretical biophysics/neurophysics research. Particularly, I was looking for programs with groups that study the populations of organisms(micro) or dynamics of single neurons or neural systems. I was hoping to go somewhere in the northeastern portion of the U.S or the western coast.
What are you working on? And how does it relate to other neurosciences? Im sorry im completely clueless about it (and biophysics in general)

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
