A list of puns related to "Network Science"
In this article I use scientific tools, namely, combine text analysis and network science, to build the social network of all the characters from The Witcher books, to figure out who meets whom, which characters are the true influencers, how the different communities look like in The Witcher, and how different the Netflix show is from the original books.

Question for folks who took network science in fallβ21, can you please share what was the final grading like? Was it curved? I noticed some reviews in oms central stating it was curved during summer along with a couple of quizzes/projects being dropped as well while calculating the final score, was fallβ21 same as well?
Thanks for any insights.
I am so lostπ₯²π₯² any kind senior can provide input on cz4071 experience and demand level?
And does anyone know how cz4067 is strucutured? I heard there is 1 quiz and 1 CTF competition, so is there no finals?? Or the 1 quiz is finals?
Iβm looking around on UNCCβs website, but itβs not giving me what Iβm looking forβ¦ like what exact hard skills I can show to employers that I learned through the major. I heard that Charlotteβs CS program was pretty reputable, but I want more anecdotal evidence. Can someone who is a CS major give me some insight into what skills they have obtained by taking those courses, and whether they concur that the program is a good one?
Note: My goal is to gain the skills to be a UX Researcher, or to be a political Stats analyst
Schmidhuber congratulated Fukushima for winning the 2021 Bower Award and Prize for Achievement in Science (from The Franklin Institute) in a tweet: βKunihiko Fukushima was awarded the 2021 Bower Award for his enormous contributions to deep learning, particularly his highly influential convolutional neural network architecture. My laudation of Kunihiko at the 2021 award ceremony is on YouTube.β
(Schmidhuber set up a YouTube channel recently, and posted the video there: https://youtu.be/ysOw6lNWx2o)

Hi all, I was recommended to ask this in this sub.
I am doing a gap year (UK 18M) and will be going on to study Physics. My intention being to work in the Nuclear Physics sector.
I believe this is the prime time to network as it will open up opportunities for work experience during holidays in uni but I'm not sure the procedure behind contacting current nuclear physicists.
My initial idea was to just look for relevant companies and look for contact info on the websites but I'm not sure of there are dedicated resources for this sort of thing!
I would love any advise on the topic, I do hope this is sub appropriate if not I will delete the post!
Hey, all! To those who have taken Network Science, is there a good time to schedule a week-long vacation & not have access to homework/quizzes/etc.?
I'm looking at late March - April & hoping there's an easier project a bit later in the semester.
Thanks to all who stopped by the stream and asked questions. We had a fun journey through network theory, Monty Hall problems, sports analytics, and more.
If you missed it live, here is a link to the YouTube video of the stream: https://youtu.be/BaPvGVXxCP8
