A list of puns related to "Málaga"
Hi there, today i just got my brand new Hien red wine, Soft, XL. And i wanted to share my experience in case someone else is interested in buying and bringing it to Spain. So far all the pricing involved to take it to Spain, Málaga was:
57,05 € (Pad 4400 Yen + shipping 2900 Yen)
+
28,05 € (Customs broker fee x1 pad, this'll go up if you get 2 pads or more, read "EDIT" down)
-----------------------------
81,05 € (Total)
All this was done the 15/05/2021, just for reference, idk how might fluctuate the €/Yen ratio.I've used the DHL Express shipping method, it got to Spain - Málaga this morning 17/05/2021.Everything was fast and smooth, smoother than i could have imagined.
When i was traveling back home from work, i've got a calling from DHL, asking if i was home, so we can arrange an efficient deliver of the goods. Can't complain at all.
I wasn't expetcing the aduana fee to be that high, a friend of mine recommended if i wasn't in a hurry (which i wasn't) to use the slower shipping method (which wasn't available) because that kind of shipping come in bulk with tons of other stuff and you might get lucky and avoid the aduana fee.
IMHO, if you want it to get to destination as safe as possible, just pay the extra, even when i paid the express shipping, the outer box got a couple of tough scratches, this Covid times can be rough (I'll attach pictures at the end if someone's interested).
Now i'm a happy Artisan owner, hope this info helps someone to clarify some doubts. I wanted to create this post because i looked up trough reddit looking if someone else went to all this trouble to get an Artisan, but didn't find much info or posts sharing experiences like this.

EDIT: Just like someone said in the comment section, "It's not worth it to order just 1 pad from their website". In case someone goes down the route of buying multiple pads in one shipping, take in consideration that the tax/customs fee goes up acordingly to the value of the product. So it won't be 28.05 € like it weas for me, it will go up, it's a % of the declared value of the good. Your're just saving op some cash in terms of shipping.
Muchas gracias!

Venga, saludos y gracias!
Hi! I will be moving to Málaga next year on a Fulbright Fellowship. I would really love to hear from anyone who lives in or is from Málaga! What are your favorite things about the city? Is it a fun, interesting place to live? Some things I really value in cities are access to culture and history, and generally just having a lot of sites to visit and do things. For example I studied abroad in London a couple years ago and absolutely loved it. In Spain, I really wanted to be placed in Madrid so I haven't done research about Málaga yet. Does it feel like a big city, and are there a lot of things to see and do? Thanks so much!
