A list of puns related to "Music Sample"
Itβs the details of this streaming service that I really appreciate :)
Also the old Jax Jones House Work Radio intro was a beast as well.
I noticed this yesterday when I heard the songs in the morning versus at night. They must have not been allowed to use the samples. Bummer because I liked the songs better with the samples, especially God Knows. Maybe the EP was bigger than expected and made too much noise? Thoughts?
Edit: For clarity, the songs still play but they are both edited versions from the initial release tracks. The ending to God Knows is now just silence instead of The Beach Boys sample being played, and the intro to Where the Light Divides the Holler has the sample removed.
I'm looking to get a brass sample library that can sound professional in Latin and modern pop music (Silk Sonic Style).
I've seen reviews on Cinebrass and some Spitfire stuff but they only demonstrate orchestral and film score music.
Does anyone have any recommendation?
Hello,
I've had this song stuck in my head and its driving me bananas. I sounded it out as best I could on my keyboard, here is a link:
https://imgur.com/ZhdzzEs
I know that it has a female vocalist. In my head it sounds like Demi Lovato or Dua Lipa, but I went through all their music and couldn't find it. My partner recognizes it and thinks it came out 3 or 4 years ago. I don't know any lyrics. Its definitely more of an upbeat song. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
What's next? Getting that perfect CD sample sound?
Looking for a early-to-mid 2000βs techno or electronic music remixed that extensively samples parts of a movie or TV show in which the male actor is giving a long speech and ranting against modern scientists who think they are gods.
The male voice is Irish or Scottish accented.
He is basically accusing a group of scientists of being too arrogant and careless with their power of genetic manipulation of the human genome, DNA, and warning them about the dangerous consequences of their work (such as inadvertently creating deadly viruses and diseases that could wipe out the human race).
Parts of the speech MIGHT sound like this (not sure of the exact wording):
βIs there anybody who thinks theyβve got it completely right? Anybody?β
βIs there anyone of you who thinks theyβve cracked it? Anyoneβ
βYou think youβre Gods!β
βYouβre acting like youβre gods! (but youβre not!)β
The movie or TV show being sampled might be something like a post-zombie apocalypse type of themed show, something like World War Z or I Am Legend where a virus wipes out humanity and there was a lone voice who warned everyone before it happened.
The music Composer or DJ could be a British / U.K, electronic music group such as Orbital. The dialogue from the movie is interspersed while the song plays continuously throughout. Total duration of the song is less than 10 minutes long.
Thank you for your help identifying the source of this cultural media artifact.
Im looking for some suggestions that will help find a sample compatable with machine for those catagories or music. Paid or Free samples online
P.s. Im new to music and Producing so if anyone has any tips for starters on what to look for please do so
I don't listen to much electronic music but I like stuff like this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERC3pPD6Rh8 and Aphex Twin's we are the music makers song as well, are there any stand out songs that use movie/speech samples as the lyrics.
i have been searching through a 10hr lo-fi playlist i made on SoundCloud playlist i made. Any help would be much appreciated.
Working on some tasks that require passive music in background and threw on a Spotify classical music playlist. I donβt know much about the genre and if there are recurring chords(?) but I FROZE when I heard what felt like the beginning of one of FFβs best boss fight themes.
Tchaikovsky:1812 Overture in E-Flat Major, Op. 49. Point of reference is at 2:55 (most versions are ~15 min but all have this section at/near this time mark).
Posting as a fun way to connect music across genres but also to see if others have made this connection. Nobuo Uematsu lists Tchaikovsky as one of his biggest influences so maybe he (or others across music) pop up in other favorites?
Streaming pays you the equivalent of pocket lint and I see a number of producers going the teaching/tutorial route. I'm curious if anyone has any first hand knowledge with revenue streams of say amassing a youtube channel with 20k or so subs and sample pack sales.
I know this is an open ended question but I'm curious if anyone has estimates and what not based on experience.
I'm considering taking this up since I love teaching other producers I've jammed with and a few have told me to start a youtube channel but I am a bit lost when it comes down to what to expect out of this as far as income can go.
The into and outro melody from YumYum Head Food aka Fatboy Slimβs βThe Voice of Experienceβ sounds super familiar to me, but just not from this song. Not sure if it might be a sample from a video game, or tv show, or maybe another song, even another Fatboy Slim song. I just canβt place it right now. Anyone else?

I'm looking for a sample or instrument which sounds closest to the music that starts in this video around the 10:08 mark
