A list of puns related to "Modular Lattice"

Aaren was going stir-crazy. Delays in construction had stretched the Project to seventeen megaseconds, and they had been grounded for that whole time. Half a year had passed, by Earth reckoning, and a third of one for Mars. Terra Nova had completed more than 30 orbits. Despite the frustration with being trapped on solid ground, Aaren understood. The Project was actually making wonderful time for what it was. Besides, the time had finally come and Aaren had survived to see it without being reduced to a gibbering mess!
In that time, both the Etani Empire and Wargai Union had established small consulates in Ophelia despite the fact that they were each still technically at war with both the Trappistine government and each other. Through those ambassadors, it was known that the war between their people had seemingly gone cold, almost overnight, after the Battle of TRAPPIST-1. Aaren liked to think that the USS Waltzing Matilda had shaken them enough for fear of how humanity might respond to still their guns, at least for a little while. Both ambassadors had also shown great interest in the Project, and although its exact details were still kept secret from the public, all three governments had been apprised of its expected completion date, and that news had somehow gotten out.
Everybody knew. Corvid Industries was building a ship for the Corsair, and its launching ceremony would be on 8:725:5 at 50:0. One didnβt spend this many favors and employ so many people for this long without at least the basic nature of what was happening getting out. The net was wild with speculation about what kind of ship was being built, but the general consensus was that it must be huge or it would have launched by now. Timelines like this were for bulk carriers or battleships, not yachts. Still, the time had finally come. Everybodyβs questions were about to be answered by the live video feeds from what looked like at least six news-agenciesβ drones in the air and another dozen camera crews set up on the roofs of buildings near the slipway.
Aaren had their monitor on the bridge tuned to the one that they thought had the best angle, aesthetically speaking, as the dry dockβs great door opened and the Project began to
... keep reading on reddit β‘Inspired by a recent post about a question about the quadratic form Q(x, y) = x^2 + xy + y^2. My first question is: what is the average number of lattice points with Q(x, y) = n as n varies? What's the error?
Following up we can also ask a cosmetically different type of question: "fixing a lattice in R^n what is the number, or average number, of lattice points with euclidean norm n," for instance how would one go about solving the problem (of finding the average number of points of norm n as n varies) for the eight dimensional lattice given as the union \{(x_1, ..., x_8)|x_i \in Z, \sum_i x_i even\} \cup \{(y_1, ..., y_8)|y_i \in Z + 1/2, \sum_i y_i even\}? What about an exact formula?
Edits: -to be clear, the question βwhat is the errorβ is asking for the tightest asymptotic upper bound you can think up on the error.
-In the second example donβt bother thinking about the error in whatever formula you end up with.
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Do your worst!

#The SAMURAI / / Overview
The ATLA has been leading at the cutting edge of powered armor, exoskeletons, and soldier weaponry since the beginning of the Future Soldier Program in 2025. This has been expanded on greatly since then, through the use of Alfheim technologies which has allowed for the development of a high number of automated/unmanned/sentient platforms for individual-styled systems. Alongside the development of continued meta-materials for application in both arms and armor. At the same time, continued progress via KAPPA within the realms of meta-materials has brought forth a new era of cutting-edge technologies which have combined high-level Japanese metamaterials with materials in use internationally by our INC partners. At the same time, our existing JFS-K system and subsequent automated/sentient systems have proven extremely successful in live combat and operations. While discoveries through Alfr-Valkyrie systems have proven the overall feasibility of hyper-armored combatants, with Japanese metamaterials and overall assets also proving significantly successful both in the TRA and in China (plus assistance provided to the Valkyrie System). Of note was the success of the Valkyrie System utilizing Japanese meta-material (of a lesser export variant) against regular small-arms, noting that the Valkyrie System utilizes a lesser form of the nano-crystalized steel seen on the JFS-K. As a result, between live-combat in Africa and live operations/combat in the Americas (TRA/3AR) and in China have proven without a doubt of the long-term success of these developments.
However as the world continues to develop ever more intricate methods of counter-acting and combating powered armor, exoskeletons, and modified human/android soldiers, we also must begin to consider what the future of Great Power conflict will truly look like. As logistics are increasingly hampered by a need for ever bigger calibers of munition and even the return of melee combat, the future Japanese Soldier will look far different to that of its JGSDF counterpart from the mid 2010s. As a result the ATLA has envisioned a new breed of so

#Le Corps des Cadavres
QUOD SUMUS HOC ERITIS
Following its successful deployment to Cyprus, Le Corps des Cadavres will undergo a major restructuring initiative designed to formalize the Battle Order of the all-Beneluxian shock unit for the modern battlespace. Capitalizing on the unbreakable morale of Les Psychopompes, the future Corps structure will focus on five 12000-man divisions (subdivided further into three 4000-man Infantry Brigades each) with training in the βDragonslayerβ specialization, with emphasis on counteracting widely-proliferated combat robotics and powered exoarmor at an infantry level. While the majority of the Corps will retain their original self defence force mission in light of the Dragonslayer archetype, a two-division subset of the Cadavers has been organized specifically for STOICS expeditionary deployments, with one emphasizing amphibious and air assault capabilities and the other focusing on Airborne specialization. In order to support the former division, an additional 13 Clac Harald LPDs will be manufactured for the Royal Commonwealth Naval Army to ensure the entire force can be deployed at once.
##Shroud
While the Cypriot deployment saw the Psychopomp detachment equipping various powered exoskeleton solutions, the weight of the Russian TRIBUNAL-VIVEC, its heavy dependence on friendly logistics for recharge, and the foreign supply chain of its components offer several vulnerabilities that are all considered limitations in the Cadaver Corps way of warfighting. STOICS has therefore commissioned development of the Shroud, an ultra-light, completely flexible, and soft exoarmor solution designed to support a various suite of expeditionary operations that rely on improved mobility and independent operation:
Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
When I got home, they were still there.
After tracking the population numbers for months and years across the content patches, one thing is certain, people love to come here for the combined arms and the sci-fi and the scope of the battle. (And obviously it being free to play helps)
Risking my very well-being to the self-ordained forum patrol who feels that because they live on the forums, they own it, here comes a suggestion that I'm certain will be easily dismissed by these pa-trolls, but they will absolutely feel obligated to shit on my post just like they always do, but this is something I personally feel would greatly increase player retention for the long-term.

Here are three things PS2 needs, in my opinion.
___1
The first is something between a Colossus and Bastion. Some sort of small to medium outfit-oriented warship smaller than a Bastion, easier and quicker to build, better for smaller outfits, and a faction (but only one per outfit) can bring out two of them at once along with a bastion. Something that has only 20% of the AG/AA fire power of the Bastion, flies lower than a Bastion, can be killed the same way as one at 40% of a Bastion's HP, and spawns a drone-ESF piloted by a player sitting in one of the 24 non-gunner seats. It moves and turns 25% faster than a Bastion and lasts for the same duration.
Such a creation would give those medium outfits that never get big enough for a bastion to pull something that could still make a difference on the field for a 1-2 squad force.
The drones would be something similar to the faction's ESF but smaller and clearly NSO-inspired and operate similarly to a normal ESF but with insane levels of maneuverability instead of speed and armor. These ESF would come with half of their health pool as rechargeable shield that regenerates faster when near the main ship even while taking damage.

The second thing this game needs are continental-sized changes. Literally, new continents, new bases
