I canโt believe that Miyazaki actually bended over to the vocal minority for this game. I was hopeful about this game when the second trailer was dropped and honestly I think it has the potential to be the best Fromsoft game ever made. I could look over them not dropping any news for over a year, I could live with Bamco lackluster marketing strategy, I donโt even mind the game being delayed or not having a console for network test. But fuck this shit and Fromโs SJW ass kissing, I donโt want non of this casual and political correctness inclusivity bs in the game.
I donโt know why the outrage isnโt bigger but honestly I think this signals the end of an age of Fromsoft golden era. A start of a downhill trend where Miyazaki canโt differentiate between a legitimate recommendation and journalist baiting for clicks. Miyazaki has basically betrayed his fans, his team, and most importantly his own vision.
At the very least I hope this is due to incompetence rather than deliberate way From is trying to milk more money from the game by โappealingโ to wider audience or sell merch. Otherwise I donโt see any other reasonable explanation why Melina even need to wear her boots. It was honestly the single most pathetic thing they could do in Elden Ring. I am honestly dissapointed.

Usually when someone rises to president/a position of power in a company, more often than not they become lazy, corrupt or both which has a direct impact on the games they produce.
Miyazaki has maintained his passion for story, gameplay and quality. Hes president but still has a direct hand in developing games, and still tries to push his games further. Hes also stayed humble.
