I was trying to test if I could use other things to transmute them into something else, so I tried to mix colors to make the color red and combined pink, orange and purple tigether to do so cause it actually works even if its a base color that is only made with three colors, instead of mixing two.

Hello I am trying to bake some German style bread (Brötchen or Semmel) and use this recipe here.
300 g Flour 6 g Salt 7.5 g Malt 3.7 g Sugar 11 g Butter 1.5 g Instant yeast 37 g Milk 142 g Water
I put everything in my stand mixer and checked every 5 to 10 minutes how the dough is doing and if the window pane test would succeed. But every time the dough would tear early… did I do something wrong? I saw in some recipes where the butter is added after kneading the dough for a few minutes first but does that make a difference?

My hot water storage claims a loss of 3c in 8 hours, but my tests show a fall of over 6c in just 1 hour! What could be the reason of the loss? Could it be the lack of reverse flow valves? my tank is connected to the heat pump and also the tank's output is connected to a triode mixing valve.
Also, is such loss "normal"? what is the typical heat loss at a residential boiler?
The idea here was to test mixing Watercolor paint and Color Pencils. I like the over all result but could have done better with the initial sketch. Help! So I'm testing materials for chopping blocks and sanded this test flush between types of wood, but a couple of days later the clearer wood had shrunk (or the other swelled??) I am thinking whether the loss is due to cold water being mixed with the hot through the triode valve and then returns back to the storage (or maybe through mixing in the water pump). Any clues? I will ask the installed, but I need to have some info to cross-check what he will be claiming. Many thanks!
