How do I help this poor lucky bamboo? It’s 15 years old and has been neglected it’s entire life. I want to clean it so bad but it’s so root bound. *Some* of my lucky bamboo collection! I started keeping them after a lady at my dad’s funeral gave me the panda one. I neglected it for months and was annoyed somebody gave me a plant during such a hard time, but now I’ve found peace in caring for them.
One of the stalks of my Mom’s lucky bamboo turned completely yellow. Everything online is completely contradictory. “Too much water, not enough” “too much light, not enough” I’ve also read it’s from fertilizer but she doesn’t fertilize it. Lucky bamboo hasn’t visually grown in months. I got crafty and put it in a jar with some seashells I’ve collected and had sitting around, and I swear this plant has not grown anything except roots inside the jar and I’ve had it for about 7 months. Any tips or advice to get some growth?
My lucky bamboo shoots keep going yellow specifically from this bit always. Then it spreads out and the whole stalk dies. Not sure what's causing it.
