A list of puns related to "Liberum"
Long time lurker, first time poster aka have mercy
My passive agressive and entitled roommate has a habit of plugging her electronics into my power strip to charge (I keep it next to my bed). To do this, she has to drag the strip to her side of the room (its a pretty small room) and place it next to her bed. Normally I wouldn't mind, but when I ak to borrow something of hers, (an extremely rare occasion) she responds, "No, what's mine is mine and what's yours is yours". Ok fair enough, but if you can be petty so can I. When it comes time for me to use MY power strip and i see that she pulled the strip to her side, i pull the strip by the chord back to my side, causing her phone to be pulled, and to drop onto the floor. Oops. I'm such a clutz.

I am looking at starting a Byzantium campaign and saw that the Liberum Veto could provide troops that I desperately need. From what I can understand from the EU4 Wiki, the negative event from the Liberum Veto occur when you are at peace while being at war provides positive events. I do realize that all neighbors will receive a CB upon revoking the Liberum Veto, but I intend of being strong enough to overcome that issue when it arises. My question is, if you can be in perpetual war, are there downsides to the Liberum Veto beyond when you revoke the veto? All I can see is having war exhaustion and receiving free troops every 800 months. Additionally, the reform event has a much faster mean time to happen than the demanding further concessions event when one is at peace.
Liberum are investment bankers. Their full traders note:
> The company is working on a number of exciting updates for both franchies and our expectation is that we could see a big refresh release of ED in FY20, five years after launch (we expect Elite Dangerous to be closing in on £100m of life-time revenue by the end of this financial year).
No direct source sorry, and take what Liberum say with a grain of salt - it isn't an official FDev announcement - and likely looking to profit from hype-led stock trading.
