A list of puns related to "Kingsmill"
Even though you know it's all the same and probably made in the same factory with the same ingredients.
So basically what happened was in 5th January 1976 ten protestants were killed and one Catholic survived and it was perpetrated by the IRA in Northern Ireland during the troubles.
Was this some type of massive coincidence or did the IRA deliberately kill people based on their religion?

Itβs just unpleasant.
Does anyone get excited if there is a new music release during the week that you just know is gonna be super interesting to listen to Kingsmill talk about on Sunday eve?
Felt this way listening to the new Rufus album this week. Iβm hoping for an interview π€π»π€π»
How long before or what would it take for Richard Kingsmill to step down from the Sunday night new music show?
(For what itβs worth being in my mid thirties I am slightly older than the target demographic of triple j but still listen most days and still enjoy the music on there more than double j)
I honestly canβt stand the fact that each week new music is premiered to us by a man who is older than the prime minister, old enough to be the grandfather of the target demographic, old enough that he has been presenting this show since before I knew how to work a radio. Itβs a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Not only is he older than the target demographic he is so far beyond being the target demographic of the artists he is talking about itβs not funny! I appreciate that he genuinely seems interested and into the stuff he talks about but it still feels like your dad trying to be cool. Iβd love to see a revamp of the show, maybe with two presenters with different musical tastes rather than one so they can have a proper discussion about new music. Obviously they should be young, doesnβt have to be 18 year olds but at least people within the age bracket of most listeners!
edit for the downvotes Iβm not saying that man should be fired or excommunicated, Iβm saying that this particular show would perhaps be better with a younger host/hosts. Kingsmill would be great in an interview setting, maybe long form interview show with each weekβs feature artist or something like that. Iβm only talking about the new music show here!
Iβm going to Kingsmill CC this weekend to play the River Course and spend the night at the resort. Any advice to to make it better let me hear it. Thanks!
As soon as I watched Dael Kingsmill's Hunting Displacer Beasts video I knew I wanted to run a version of this encounter. And so one week when our regular game was cancelled I designed a one-shot adventure around this concept, using Dael's concept, layering an intro narrative around it and changing a few design tweaks.
First the TL;DR, then some more detailed notes for those interested. You can find my handouts on Google Drive here.

I wanted a self-contained adventure, so I opted to have my players play an adventuring party who gets roped into hunting a beast which has been preying on villagers and traders.
I've flavored everything with an Aztec veneer, especially the displacer beast itself, which I've named the TΔcuanixaco, or something very loosely approximating "Dark Jaguar" in Nahuatl (the language of the Aztecs). If you're a language nerd, I recommend using this online Nahuatl dictionary; I just searched for terms I wanted and then stuck them together in a way that would be pronounceable for native English speakers and without care for Nahuatl morphology.
I had the players begin by arriving in a village which was recently attacked by an unknown beast. The players can do some investigating to determine clues, possibly revealing that the beast is known in their language as TΔcuanixaco, legendary offspring of Yacahuitztli, the God of the Night. If the

(npcs know the difference between sorcerers, wizards and warlocks) I had an idea to bring the knowledge of levelled spells into the game because it's a bit awkward to bring up in game, unfortunately I'm not the most creative person. So what would you name the level of spells cantrip-lv9 based on the classes that use them as if they were stages of development?
Hi all,
This week's episode fo the Troubles Podcast is about the Kingsmill Massacre which happened back in 1976.
Tensions were very high at the time, and the Reavey and O'Dowd killings had just happened the night before which (in part) led to the IRA seriously escalating things with this attack.
They flagged down a bus, pretending to be an RUC/ Army checkpoint. They then ordered all the men off the bus and asked which of them was a Catholic. Once the Catholic was identified, he was told to run on down the street which the rest of the men were shot at point-blank range.
Miraculously, one man survived and it's his account of the events which has provided so much information into the sheer horror of the attacks... Honestly, after two seasons I think his account has been one of the most vivid ones I've come across.
You can listen to the full episode by searching The Troubles Podcast, anywhere you get your podcasts.
As always, feedback/criticism is always appreciated.
Also if you have any suggestions for potential episodes please feel free to reach out, I'm always happy to add more to the ever-expanding list.

Here's the original story for context.
It's been a while, FM, but today my day's been made.
Work is shitty - not least during a pandemic - but I'm grateful that I can do stuff like browse Reddit and watch video games during. So while browsing Reddit during a daily review on Teams, i saw a message request from the previous night from a fellow user.
Opening up the chat - which I will admit i usually decline as they're almost always bots - i saw the request from a Redditor that was very much interested in my Newcastle United (virtual) legend, Billy Kingsmill.
It's been quite a few months since I've played FM, mind, since life has gotten in the way. But that name would remain in legend. Since the linked post above, the man called Billy Kingsmill had become a certified club legend, making well over 500 appearances in the middle of the park, and winning no less than 11 Champions Leagues, 20 Premier Leagues, and a whole host of local titles that i can't remember... However, I do remember him being captain for most of that time.
So with a smile of memories coming through, the Redditor informed me that he used to work for Sports Interactive circa 2016-2018. His profile also indicated that his initials were BK... Interesting coincidence right?
No wait...
ITS BILLY KINGSMILL! THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND!
A few texts back and forth and i found that he's as good a guy as his footballing avatar lead me to believe.
According to his Twitter, he's now working for Arsenal - his boyhood club - and man, I am proud as a manager... Just find it a bit ironic that in game I found him at Tottenham.
But here's to you, BK, you impressed me with your dominant performances in midfield.
