Someone on the subreddit said to put '863' in letter form. 'HFC' stands for Hydrofluorocarbon and it comes in many states. One of them (hydrofluorocarbon 152a) is flammable at room temperature. The one thing that could prove me wrong is how the person injected it into himself... Again this is just a teory, but its an option if it's not a new fluid.
