A list of puns related to "Hauer"
As the question states, whats the best hauer build in terms of raw damage for outbreak?
I'm kind of salty that, with the Streetsweeper nerf, there's only 1 meta shotgun in a category of 8 different weapons.
I think the VLK Rogue is great, the Origin 12 CAN be great, the R9-0 still has it's moments and the Jak-10 is decent (but dull as anything to use).
However, besides the Gallo, none of these are anywhere near 'meta' level and this leaves us with 3 extra guns that are Druganov-level useless.
As a shotgun guy, if I want to have fun, I have a few options but if I want to be competitive and actually do well I'm down to 1 option. Back in the old meta days this wasnt new but considering the meta has been balanced and every category seems to have at least 3 meta weapons to choose from I think shotguns need love, especially after they nerfed the only other meta weapon in the category.
I heard some people say the Hauer is too good, but Iβd have to disagree.
If they ever decided to patch weapons in zombies I hope they bring everything up to the Hauers level. What about you guys?
Should I be using Gallo SA12 or Hauer 77 in outbreak? Which attachments should I use?
Wondering if the Hauer still reigns supreme in trying to go high rounds on Firebase Z? Wasn't sure if anything has changed with Season 4 be it with new weapons like the AMP 63 or with any weapon nerfs or buffs.

Playing outbreak rn and literally the only weapon drop Iβm getting is uncommon and one rare hauer like stop I literally already have one. Iβve gotten about 10 so far
If you guys can go through the effort of unlocking it - the CARV.2 is probably a Top 10 (or even Top 5) contender. Average handling for its class, faster bursts than the M16 or AUG, a huge magazine size (up to 75 rounds, ffs) that effectively turns it into the 48 Dredge from BO3, laser accuracy, and mops up hordes faster than Treyarch ditching the Chaos storyline after BO4... yeah, this thing's a beast.
From my experience, there's also the PPSh, as per usual, the MAC-10, and - surprisingly - the Ballistic Knife, if only because of how quickly it kills bosses and it revives other players as per usual. The Magnum is also unexpectedly pretty good; especially when dual-wielded.
I'm interested in learning more about the theoretical frameworks used by this composer, notable in that he invented a method for accomplishing the goals of 12 tone serialism (equal distribution of pitch classes) a few years before Schoenberg. However, many of his theoretical works seem to be exclusively in German with no translations. Does anyone know of any English language resources connected to this composer? I would love to study his methodologies and compare them to the Second Viennese School, but I can't seem to find any English versions of his theoretical texts. Thanks!
So I have complained a ton of times about the game basically forcing you to use the Hauer as it was the only gun that could really kill the droves of elites at round 10+ in Outbreak. But to be clear, I didn't want the Hauer nerfed, I wanted other viable options besides 1 damn shotgun. It seems they have answered that request in the worst of ways... They nerfed the Hauer to match those other unviable weapons...
Before anyone responds saying "plenty of weapons are viable, GET GOOD!!!" NO, I disagree... Once you have 3 or more megatons and 2 panzers following you on every escort, none of these guns are viable as your guaranteed to run out of ammo before you put a dent in them. Running out of ammo while trying to kill 1 or 2 enemies is the very definition of a weapon being underpowered, I don't care who disagrees because that shit happens all the time with everything but the pre-nerf Hauer.
I just posted about this a few weeks ago when they nerfed the fuck out of Akimbo Magnums because I felt they were the only other viable option in outbreak besides the Hauer. They are no longer viable as the accuracy sucks due to a "balancing" for MP. The Magnums relied entirely on headshot multipliers and the accuracy nerf now makes it impossible to consistently hit headshots.
That's the other REALLY SHITTY thing about this, we now have a TERMINAL RNG quality to Outbreak. The Hauer was able to keep up with elites, it would work at higher rounds, you could play until you naturally found a ray-gun without having to stop progressing worlds. Now we have this Bullshit RNG quality in the game because that ray-gun just became MANDATORY, every game will require a halt to warping until you finish chasing the damn box all over the map every 3 spins... That Ray-Gun SHOULD be a nice bonus, something you HOPE to find. The Ray-Gun shouldn't be fucking mandatory, you should be able to play the game without it albeit better with it.
I don't understand why we have to constantly have our PVE guns nerfed into the ground due to MP performance, why can't we have our own stats??? The reasoning I could think of is this being some pre-nerfing for an upcoming new perk like double-tap, but I doubt it. Sadly, i am convinced they would have hinted or added it to the road map... However, If this is a pre-perk balancing, they better give us double-tap tomorrow because I have no interest in throwing cotton balls at megatons for 45 minutes nor do I want every game to depend on finding a ray g
... keep reading on reddit β‘Another update, another set of nerfs. This time the Hauer got hit hard with a strong reduction in stock ammo and a slight dip in PAP mag size. But more importantly, the PAP reload speed was cut in half with 2 shells being loaded per shell instead of the original 4. Additionally, the fire rate was also tanked by a very noticeable margin. The patch notes stated that there would be a damage increase, but none seems to be found. But then again, most of these nerfs werenβt listed in the patch notes to begin with.
Thoughts on the lack of clarity from Treyarch and on the Hauer being nerfed yet again?
Why does the Streetsweeper have a huge, consistent osk range, but the Hauer barely has it at all? What's the point of a pump shotgun if it's completely outclassed by a high fire rate semi-auto?

What is the best hauer or Gallo attachments for zombies?
