It’s often joked about that Red vs. Blue hasn’t been about the Reds and Blues fighting since BGC ended. While this is true for the main conflict of the series, the truth is almost every season after contains a Red fighting a Blue in some capacity.
Season 6: Sarge/Lopez and Sister are still opposed in Reds and Blues Blood Gulch Battle. Also Simmons/Grif and Caboose are briefly pitted against eachother at Rat’s Nest.
Season 7: The characters are once again pitted against eachother. Their not fighting all that much, but it’s not that different from their Blood Gulch days.
Season 8: Tex battles the Reds. Also Wash spends the entire season fighting the Reds (and Blues) and at the end becomes a Blue.
Season 9: As a recreation of Blood Gulch, the characters are once again stationed against eachother, even getting a few good shots in (Donut against Church, Tex against Lopez)
Season 10: Tex drones fight The Reds (and Blues). Church also has a brief falling out with the Reds (and Blues). The Reds briefly “surrender” to the Blues.
Season 11: Hoo boy Chorus Trilogy. Ok so the Reds and Blues are on 2 bases against eachother again, but their not really in any sort of war (unlike 1-10). Lopez 2.0 does retaliate against the teams but doesn’t attack any of them.
Season 12: So 2 of the reds and 2 of the blues are on apposing sides of a war from 3 of the reds and a blue. but these aren’t Red team and Blue team, they’re 2 independent factions. And the reds and blues on side don’t directly fight, they actually team up the minute they meet up. still, worth a mention.
Season 13: I….honestly don’t know. Like the only season where all the reds and the blues are teamed up 100%.
Season 14: Variants of this fight. We see the fight of the reds and blues, the origin of the reds and blues, other reds and blues “fighting”, the possible inspiration for the starting fight, a lego variation, the leaders have a rap battle, caboose gives his view of the fight.
Season 15: So this one’s interesting. our Reds and Blues fight other teams of Reds and Blues. Sarge also joins the evil reds fighting our blues
Season 16: Donut breifly joins a force that fights the (Reds and) Blues. Also briefly go back to the fights between the Reds and Blues and The Rs & Bs and Bs and Rs.
Season 17. The main antagonist possesses Church and Tex to fight the Reds. Also we see flashes of when the Reds and Blues fought.
Zero (because I know THAT GUY will point it out): The reds aren’t even in this seaso

I hope this isn't breaking any rules, if so my apologies :) I could go in detail on the reasons why it's a great map to me but this is already going to be something people label TL;DR
I miss that beautiful map, and am hoping enough people feel the same that one of them whose into map designing create it in Forge and made available for public use. I don't know how the rights and other legal roadblocks are from Bungie>343 as far as being able to use the content from older games in newer ones, so I don't know if it would even be a possibility as an official release map. But that is a reach anyways, just hoping if the capability in the full-release Forge mode is as high as I have heard that someone makes it happen.
Don't get me wrong, I think 343 deserves some serious recognition for the way they make their maps unbelievably well-designed on all levels; from player count to match quickness to spacing of Power Weapon pickups and utility(stuff like the grapple) pickups, and the muti level design(called verticality I think?)honest opinion of mine is their work on MP arena's has been absolutely top notch on all 10 maps we have seen. But of all the Halo games I've played from 1-5, ODST, Reach, and MP for Infinite, the first thing that comes to mind thinking of 'Halo' is the Blood Gulch map from the first game. Of course nostalgia hits me thinking about the map, but that isn't a factor in me making this post. I will pay you personally in Subanese crystals for filling my request. For those unaware, that's what Needler ammunition is made from ;)
I’m visiting with a friend this weekend who lives in the Gulch. Wondering if anyone here has some pro tips to park closer to the Gulch without blowing 75-100 dollars for the weekend on parking.
When I first started playing Flames of War it was because I wanted to represent the 101st Airborne with 2nd Armoured Sherman tanks at Carentan. I want to do the same in Bolt Action and I have written the following 1000 point "all-comers" list using the US Airborne Reinforced (Normandy) selector from the US-Sector book, which I think ticks every box but was wondering if I could please get some opinions on it?

I’m considering bringing my dog on a one night trip through Buckskin Gulch next spring and am not quite sure what to expect. It looks like there are at least two boulder jams, one with a ladder and one with steps carved into the rock. My dog is about 50lbs and I’ll have a ~40lb pack with me, so my biggest concern is the jam with the down climb that has the foot holds carved into the rock. Is this doable for one person with a dog? I’m an average sized man and can carry my dog, but I don’t know how steep it is. One thought is to bring approach shoes, but again I don’t know what to expect.
Second question: is the gulch harder in one direction than the other? I’m debating backtracking from the Paria River and heading north to White House campground, as one way requires a shuttle. Is backtracking to Wire Pass doable?
What are your thoughts?

Hello! i am writing about my former "program" i was in, Cherry Gulch. Was abused, tortured, lied to, much more.
the only good part was my therapist, Latisha. She was actually an amazing individual who wanted me out since she knew there was nowhere i could go, at all. She knew what all the managers were doing to me, and because of that, the managers(Mainly Morgan) refused to let me talk to her as a resource. They used an excuse like "she's not on-call" or "she's not available you can't talk to her anytime you want" when she had told me a week prior i could talk to her whenever i needed to. Most times, therapists are the worst part. in this case, she was an actual resource who trusted me over the staff. When i got pulled, she told me she wanted me out. Why? because the Manager clique had decided to put me on a 4,000$ month 1-1 tutor 1-1 punishment where you can't go off campus and had to be with a staff at all times. They knew it wouldn't help, that's why they did it. they wanted the worst for me, to mess me up.
Alright, now let's talk about containments, which 99% of the time were not used when they should have been. things as minor as walking angrily(most of the time i wasn't) would get me in a containment. they were used as a tool to break me. what was i supposed to do?
I was lied to, alot. let's start with a package. This package was recieved to me a week later than it should have been, largely due to not my behaviors, but residential managers acting like i'm being the worst person i possibly could be bugging the office lady every 10 minutes(it was every 40 minutes) for my package. they delayed, delayed, and then said they shipped it home. they didn't. they just wanted to make me mad. 3 days later i found it in my therapist's office after she begged the office ladies to give it to me.
Let's go to them lying about damage. one time, a spoiled kid broke everything he possibly could of my property, and the staff defended him. they ended up having to replace all my stuff, but not games. the games were thrown, and broken. the managers never admitted it.
Next, let's go to what a Direct Care Staff had told me. i was in close bond with this staff, and after i left, she got fired. why? I'll explain.
