Now that I understand the impracticality of a parliament, it seems that your way is left. So, I urge you, convince the Federalist Party and preferably, the rest of the German nobility of your intentions to Federalize Cisleithania and support them, so that when you succeed to the throne, you can implement federalization immediately.
