KEY STEP functions to raise HBAR price

According to Hedera's white paper, Hedera's transaction fee is fixed at $0.0001. This means that no matter how much dapp is used, it will be insufficient to increase the price of Hedera, and at the same time, no matter how high the price of Hedera is, it is designed so that companies will not have difficulty using it. (**someone keep miss understand this. The key of this is that hedera plan to lock the price per sort of things paired to "FIXED USD" not Hbar so corps can use HTS services at same price weather hbar price is high or not. $0.0001 $0.1 $10 fee prices doesn't mean anything plz use some brain...)

However, as token holders, we aim to increase the value of Hedera. So, what are the key conditions for Hedera's price to rise?

It's a staking service. If individuals are able to operate nodes through staking and their income from each node operations is good, then the value of Hedera will increase. Thus, as many Telegrams or Reddits say, companies are not the ones that increase the value of Hedera. Countless individual investors who want to run nodes will increase the value of Hedera.

Please don't say anything ignorant in Hedera that staking is not important anymore. Rather, staking is almost the only key to Hedera's rise in value. Mass adoption is secondary.

[AskJS] Is it faster to pass an object with possibly unused keys to a function in V8 due to shape caching?

I know V8 does β€œshape caching” of the arguments of a function for optimization. Let’s say I have a function createInputthat takes a JSON representation of an input element and returns that element. I switch on the type property of the JSON, and depending on the type may or may not use a placeholder, options, etc property of the JSON object.

Would it be faster to pass in an object with a type, placeholder, and options field every time, even if one of them was unused?

Edit: thank you for the answers everyone, I’ll run some benchmarks and report back.

Maybe this is obvious but, are the functions of the chords and distances in the keys they're built related? (I thought something related to it and I don't know if it make sense)

Lately I've been thinking about the relation of the chords functions and the scale on which they're built. I mean, for example, the G major scale is the scale on which the chord G major is built, etc. I'm not trained profesionally and I tried to search this but I receive no results so I'm asking here. Maybe it's something super obvious but I have never read about this specific fact.

I realized that, in a key, the chords we considered to be subdominant are those whose scale they're built are a semitone flat from the key (In C major, D minor and F major), while the dominant are those whose scale is a semitone up from the key (In C major, G major). A minor is the relative minor of C major so it doesn't create a lot of tension and Bdim's scale is really far plus there is a tritone in its construction so it's very tense. The only exception would be E minor but the're a lot of debate around it plus it has two notes from the tonic chord so its function depends on the context.

Furthermore, the note that is flatten in the case of the subdominant is the B, I mean, the VIIb of the chords are notes largerly used and considered diatonic, so, this chords are less tense because the note that differs in the case of subdominant is one deeply related and used in the key, while in the case of dominant chord, the note that is sharppen is the F, so it's substantially less related with the scale because of the tritone, so, it feels more tense.

Okay, so, does this thing I just said make sense or it is just coincidental and I'm just overthinking? And, if that made sense and it's an actual thing, wouldn't it means that our brain experience chords as a "representative" cell of the scale that they're build upon and the tension we experience is related with the distance from the key we're playing? Thank you!

EDIT: Sorry if I don't explain myself very well. English isn't my first languaje so maybe it's a little confusing. Feel free to ask me any question to make things more clear if you need.

Function of key signature in music theory

Newbie here! I'm 38 classes into study with a guitar teacher and running into a weird spot. From what I know so far, a key signature is important because (among other things) it must be communicated when playing a song with other people. Aside from that, I'm trying to understand how it functions in music theory.

For example, if I play a tune in the key of C and then in the key of E, the intervals/degrees are exactly the same. It's the exact same song, I'm just declaring the key so we all know how far up or down in pitch to shift these notes over. With guitar its literally sliding it up or down the neck.

So sharps/flats only live in the chromatic scale. For example, when playing in C, all of the notes will be major...and while playing in E some of them will be flats/sharps. What are the implications of this? We only call these notes flat/sharp if we place them in the larger chromatic scale. But in reality, the relationships of the tonic, and dominants, etc stay the same. For arguments sake, if I worked in a vacuum and never needed to communicate with other musicians, I compose all of my songs using intervals and not notes.

I suppose a larger question is how do I actually realize that the chromatic scale is ABSOLUTE and intervals are RELATIVE.

How to restrict a function call only to the owner of a private key of a public key in a parameter?

Let's say, there's something like a lottery. And there's a function in a smart contract that allows a user to check whether he's won something or not. If he has, it'll allocate the coins internally to his address and then will allow to be sent out to him.

How such functions would work?

I've come up with something like this:

    constrct C1 {

      //.........
      struct User { /*..skipped..*/ };

      mapping(address => User) users;

      function checkIfAnythingToGrab(address payable _to) public payable {
        if (/* some checks if a user won */) {
          //.............

          // and then, if he's won ...
          bool res = _to.send(wonAmount);
          require(res, "Failed to send Ether");
      }

How would I ensure that only a user who has the private key of _to address, and who, of course, exists in users mapping, will be permitted to call this function?

Because, if that address has won something, it'll be sent coins to it.

Or, would there be no problem if a malicious user called the function and used his own address? If he actually won, he'd be sent coins to, which is the proper behaviour. And if he used an address of other user, the coins would be sent to the other user anyway. Right?

    .  and `

(defun mykeyMap1()

		 (global-set-key (kbd ".") 'myprefix-map)

(defun mykeyMap2()

		 (global-set-key (kbd "`") 'myprefix-map)
		 (global-set-key (kbd "` 1")  'shell-command)
         ))

Both functions are in my init.el file.

Reload my init.el file.

Run mykeyMap1, it works (.). Now, period is my prefix key

But if I run mykeyMap2, prefix key (`) does not work.

My question is.

Do I need to unbind myprefix-map before rebind it again to other prefix-command ?

What is the simplest way to rebind my prefix-command so that I can switch different prefix key anytime I want ?

Issues with certain keys on ANNE PRO 1 (function becoming arrow down, winkey disabled, etc)

Hi, I have an issue with my ANNE PRO 1 (original). I haven't done any firmware changes or even installed any software at all for it. My function key suddenly stopped working, not sure what I did. It became the ARROW-DOWN key. The RIGHT-ALT key became ARROW-LEFT. The slash or question mark key is ARROW-UP. Not sure what the ARROW-Right key is. It appears the WINDOWS key is seemingly disabled. (used KeyboardTester.com).

I've tried using the reset button on the back by tapping it or holding it for a couple seconds. If this isn't how you properly reset it do let me know. After doing this, there is no change. I'm unable to access the plethora of keys accessible with the FUNCTION key including RGB, Bluetooth, F1-12 keys, etc. This is really frustrating.

I've tried installing the OBINSKIT software but it appears that it doesn't support ANNE PRO 1 or it's bugged. My keyboard shows up but when I click on the ANNE PRO 1 a red text on top pops up saying "No Connected Device." Is there any way I can revert it back to the original (even though I haven't messed with firmware or anything)[questionmark] The reset key just simply doesnt work.

I would also like say that I've seen online saying how I may have swapped profiles or something and that I can use the mobile app to change it back or reset it. However, I've never connected it using bluetooth to anything and I would actually need the FN + B combination to enable bluetooth pairing, something I cannot do since my FN key is disabled

Thanks alot!
