With the popularity of the Twisted and the Twighlight and the Hunter and the Beast it seems very likely that Warhammer III will feature further crossgame DLC or FLC content that will add new legendary lords, units and mechanics to game I and II races. To this end I will least each all races in three categories: likely, possible and unlikely. And explain why and what I think we could see from pre existing Races in Game III.
Likely
The Empire: Perhaps the most likely to receive content in Game III, due to hints that Boris Todbringer will "have his day". But I also believe its fairly likely we'll see either an Elspeth von Draken Vs Tamurkhan DLC, or see her as an FLC alongside Chaos Dwarfs.
Vampire Counts: Again, its fairly likely we'll see the Red Duke elevated to Legendary Lord Status in some kind of DLC. But its also pretty likely we'll see Neferata as a DLC lord (or FLC is Nagash appears as his own full faction). I wouldn't rule out Konrad von Carstein either to complete the family tree.
Warriors of Chaos: Along with Norsca, the WoC are almost definitely going to receive a rework early on in the cycle of Warhammer III. And these reworks often come with FLC lords, personally I think this will come in the form of an FLC lord to replace Sigvald, who could be moved over as the most logically Mortal LL for Slaanesh, However it is also possible that this Lord could just be added to the WoC roster without moving Sigvald. I think the most likely choice for a new undivided Chaos Lord is Sayl the Faithless, as whilst he is a relatively unknown character (appearing in the Tamurkhan campaign supplement) he is an undivided sorcerer lord, something that would evenly fill out the Warriors of Chaos roster.
Skaven: Whilst the Skaven roster is fairly complete, lets be honest, we're going to see Thranquil in one form or another.
Possible
Greenskins: Whilst there roster is fairly complete, Greenskins are incredibly common in the Dark Lands, which will feature heavily in the Western part of game III's campaign map. And who better to lead them than Gorbad Ironclaw, an incredibly powerful Orc warboss, and a cavalry commander, a lord type that the Greenskins do not currently have access too.
Beastmen: Again, the Beastmen are common across the entire Warhammer world, and are missing multiple powerful units, such as the Preyton. With Ghorros Warhoof as the most likely candidate to lead a beastmen campaign in the East.

Opinions are very divided on the LLs people want to see in WH3. Frankly, I see a lot of really obscure names, and I think some people might be setting themselves up to be disappointed. Fact is, a lot of names are never coming in an official form. I wanted to kind of parse through the concept and come up with a realistic idea of what to expect.
With WH3, there will be 22 races on the Mortal Empires map:
The Empire
Bretonnia
Kislev
Cathay
Greenskins
Dwarfs
High Elves
Dark Elves
Wood Elves
Chaos Undivided
Khorne
Tzeentch
Nurgle
Slaanesh
Norsca
Lizardmen
Tomb Kings

Beastmen
Ogres
We can expect Chaos Dwarves as a DLC race. The 2nd DLC race is a mystery. Feel free to pick your favorite at this time. My vote goes to Nagash and the Undead Legion. That will bump it up to 24, and that even assumes we only get 2 race packs. WH1 got 3(WEs, Beastmen, Bretonnia). So we could realistically get 25 or more races.
Over WH2's life cycle, we got 7 lord packs totalling 14 LLs and 10 FLC lords. So we got 24 total LLs over 4 years or so. In that time only the Vampire Counts didn't get a LL as FLC or DLC.
Assuming a similar pace of content and knowing that WH3 base races will get major preference, that makes it very likely some races are either getting nothing, or that Chaos, Kislev and Cathay are not going to get anywhere near as much as WH2 races got.
We also have to take into account that some races are essentially complete roster wise:
Wood Elves
Bretonnia
Lizardmen
Dark Elves
Beastmen(this one is a semi open question. They are missing Preytons, but that is the only semi official unit.)
Then we also have to ask: are the Tomb Kings, Vampirates or Norsca ever getting new units? Two of those are basically kit bashed factions, and I think the only missing Tomb Kings unit is that giant Scarab construct that wasn't even official.
So assuming that 24 number, not including Chorfs or the 2nd race pack, what do ya'll think the breakdown might look like?
Personally, I'd like to see CA change up the whole DLC model, moving away from Vs. formats and unit packs once any glaring omissions are filled, and doing just LL packs but including more LLs. 4 or 5 as opposed to 2. That might be the only way we get all of the names constantly being floated around.
Tl;dr: assuming a similar content schedule, I think people excited for really obscure named characters and units coming to WH3 are gonna be disappointed.

Been running through the Wiki out of curiosity and found out SWAT has a Glock and Shield weapon, but its DLC.
Isnt it weird that the SWAT class doesnt have a Shield class weapon by Default? i mean when you think SWAT and the like you think SMGs for close quarter areas, Crowd control and a Ballistic shield, maybe a Baton too. That also reminds me SWAT doesnt have a Class specific Melee weapon, wich is weird when Field Medic and Demo have Melee weapons (that are really cool).
Would be cool to have a Shield and Baton combo as a free weapon, open up a Melee build for SWAT class. The basics are there with the Berserker Shield and mace combo. Maybe a sort of Stun Baton weapon as DLC? or an Electric shield.... hmmm possibilities.
Speaking of Melee SWAT, tweaking a few Perks to aid that idea:
- Close Combat Training: Affects Melee Perk weapons, not just Knife
- Cripple: Add: Melee attacks on Head/Weakspots have a chance to stun? Stumble?
Other Perks and Passives already benefit Melee since the baton combo would be considered a Perk Weapon or Indirectly helps melee combat like Batterin Ram or Armor Perks.

I was thinking of this writing style to tell the story about a girl and a young guy in his early 20s during wartime. Each chapter has a particular POV. the girl is supposed to have a tragic, cynical tone in the way she narrates the events, full of emotion and pathos.
the guy is more quiet, rational, describes places and people instead of talking about emotions. but at the same time it turns angry and ruthless in some parts of the novel, as he avenges the girl. could it work somehow? As a girl, I donβt want him to sound feminine, I have to put myself in the shoes of a guy. How does it work? Any advice?
Yeah thats it. I just thougt it was interesting. Also i dont think the reinforcement are going to be a new game mechanic because you have to get them over Total War Access. In my Opinion its going to be some units for the "neglected" factions of ME.

Best Champ gameplay from another german kid and dont get me wrong kid if u cheat i understand, game is in bad state u can get acc for 10 bucks its alright but being cringe in chat that u are legit for the whole game is cringe af. And just by that im guessing ur age to about 15.
