I heard that for the Komi san anime, the best fansub grp is Novaworks, but looking into them, I found only 3 episodes of the series done and released. Couldn't find any more. Did they drop the series or smtng??

My buddy's started watching Gintama for the first time and I was wondering if there are any streaming sites that have the old Rumbel/Horriblesubs/Shinsen subs on them still? The sites I've looked at all have the newer subs that don't have explanations or just seem slightly more inaccurate at times (like calling baka prince "pinhead prince" - wut). The only one I found was a fake kissanime, which had them but the video quality isn't great.
I downloaded the eps directly from fansubbers back when I watched, but he's not gonna do that lol.

In case people are asking what I'm looking into, it's mostly Yomigaeru Sora: Rescue Wings and Tactical Roar in 1080p as they have Blu-Ray versions released. I'm a military buff fan and I enjoy stuff like Full Metal Panic! and the GITS: SAC series.
I don't want links, I'm a crunchyroll member and watch there. However, I have been curious recently about how certain fansub groups may have translated the show, especially when it comes to script localization. I've always found "official" subs to be a bit contrived in their writing; while they are mostly accurate and should be used as the basis for proper nouns and overall tone, I do think they tend to get a bit mired in needing to stick closely to the original Japanese. Owing to Japanese's sentence structure and "roundabout" conceptualizations, I think there's a lot that gets lost in translation regarding how natural the dialogue should feel. Not that monologuing while swinging around with swords fighting Titans is natural, but the dialogue shouldn't have to feel...awkward?
Thus comes localization, and my interest in it. I'm curious how unofficial subs may have more freedom to take risks and translate anime, including AoT, into more natural sounding dialogue to a western audience, with all the trappings of idioms and (occasional, tactically used) swearing. It's been some time since I've watched a fansub, but I know that there used to be ludicrously packed swearing matches between characters in, like, FMA...not looking for that lol
I'm just curious about really well-localized, natural sounding English translations, but also refer to Titans (not Eotans) and characters like Erwin and Jean (not Elvin or John). Bonus points if Eren's hometown is properly referred to as Zhiganzhina instead of Shiganshina (I dont think Crunchyroll even gets that right consistently).
Komi-san is finally out, but I can't find any fansubs in nyaa or other torrent sites. However, there are versions of the first ep on streaming sites. So, where are the fansubs? No group will cover this one?

So I have netflix but Komi is always delayed on there. The only way to see the newest episode is by waiting for a fansub release. Now unlike basically every other show, it can take almost 24 hours after release for the fansub to come out.
Is there some specific reason for this?
This show isn't unpopular, it's not something i'd expect no one to care to do faster when every other show does it way more speedily.
Anyone know whats going on ?

I could seriously write a novel's worth explaining everything but I'll try to be rather brief.
In 2015, I contacted TPF asking how I could help out with subbing. Prior to this I was just your regular fan of the show but realised quickly how fun it was to create subtitles. Couple of months later I was asked to manage, well, to tell ya the truth, there wasn't anything to manage, most former members weren't active anymore and there were a lot of unfinished subs laying around, so I thought how about we start fresh! I got tofu panda a logo and a website. I was mainly interested in creating more involvement within the community and improve what TPF was already known for. Well, since then we've done 30 releases! Most of them within the first 2 years.
Subbing Gaki no Tsukai inspired me to learn Japanese. I moved cities in 2016 and started university, aiming for a degree in Japanese linguistics. This made it much more fun to keep up the habit of watching GNT and other Downtown related stuff.
Anyway, I don't even need to explain what happened last year... I could explain however why I felt this had to be done. As some of you might know, after my one year trip to Japan 2018-2019 my mental health took a big hit last year and is only one of the reasons why Tofu Panda has been relatively quiet. The other one being, I don't need a "name" to translate stuff. I'd rather just do it myself without the extra maintenance. Matsumoto-ke is a good example. Which is something I've been advocating for since forever. Y'all can't rely on certain people to keep doing stuff for free. Get involved! Do what you can, even if it's just 10 minutes worth each week. We have to help each other and understand that everyone is capable of doing SOMETHING. Third point, silent library. Need I say more? <3

I'm trying to show Baccano to a sub purist. Already gone over all the arguments for the dub, it's irrelevant. I'm just wondering if there are any subs that more accurately reflect the dialogue in the dub. Because the subs on the DVD and that I've seen are painfully literal and read like they're through Google translate. In my opinion it really kills a lot of the character and fluidity of the dubs dialogue.
In Australia, we're like 2-3 episodes behind on netflix and Unogs says that only japan has the ones ahead, are there fansubs? Are they worth it?
Hey guys! So, as we all know, the Netflix subs for Komi-san suck big time. However, the fansubs I've seen (for episodes 1-5) were also terrible, at times reading like very broken English, and at their worst being either unintelligible or even wrong. It got to the point where I don't even want to watch the sixth episode yet because I don't want to sit through half an hour of gibberish.
So, as the title says, I'm looking for a fansub group that does accurate and readable subs for the show. I don't care about speed, I'm willing to wait a couple weeks to be able to enjoy the episode fully. Do you know of a fansub for the show that meets these requirements?

what are the standard/best translations that exist for the anime and the manga? esp the manga, since the scans i'm reading right now are... a bit subpar to say the least
I was looking online at subtitles to add to my DVD set of PGSM once I rip them to my computer. A cursory google search lead me to quite a few options and some debate over which is more accurate/preferred considering PGSM never got an official sub.
