Does anyone know can you fly a drone above the Hudson River Exclusion Special Flight Rules Area (SFRA)? The regulation for flying over this SFRA seem to be addressing manned aircrafts but lack of specifications for drones.
And any idea on can you fly a drone in Jersey City, NJ or Hoboken, NJ?

I read this book in a library about 4 or 5 years ago. I think it was fiction but have a niggling idea that I could be wrong about that. There is a man that turns up to the village with a child who he says has cancer, this was not true. He is killed by members of the village. The police come and the old lady is arrested and I think jailed.
What confuses me is whether the universe as a whole is taken as one single quantum system or not as applies the the exclusion principal.
Hi, I have a world that has a terrain that's 2048x2048 in size, and I have integrated aquas, enviro, and gaia all together. I added wet stuff with the enviro integration, and it works, but when the camera moves on the character, it seems that half of the terrain is not wet. I tried adjusting the y-scale of the puddle object, and it seems to change the area that's not wet a little bit. For instance, when the y-scale is set to 512, about 1/4 of the screen is not wet, but if the y-scale is set to 2048 or higher, 1/2 of the screen is not wet. We know that all EX raids occur at sponsored gyms and gyms in parks. However, the converse is not necessarily true, not all gyms at parks can have EX raids. I have looked at the gyms from San Francisco to San Jose and found 10 gyms in parks that have never hosted an EX raid. These gyms have one thing in common, they are also in areas tagged as schools, highways, or under construction in open street maps. These tags are known to prevent spawns so it is likely that Niantic excludes gyms in the areas from having EX raids. That means any gym in an exclusion area, (areas tagged as school, highway, or under construction) can not have an EX raid, even if it is also in a park.
There are several reasons why an EX eligible (by the current criteria) gym will host an EX raid for a particular wave including not enough raid activity, blocked by an egg or raid, has an EX raid but no one in the community has a pass, or simply not selected. These conditions do not apply to EX excluded gyms that I found.
- I verified with the members of the community that 8 of the 10 gyms have enough raid activity to host an EX raid (I could not verify the raid activity for 2 gyms). The 8 gyms have raid activity similar to other nearby gyms that have hosted EX raids. In particular, one gym in SF is a spoofer magnet and will have hundreds of players during a single 45 minute raid.
- The gyms can be block by an egg or raid at the time when passed are distributed but no gym is consistently blocked during every wave so after 9 months since EX raids exited the beta test, EX eligible gyms should have some EX raids.
- The discord community from San Francisco to San Jose is very active. Each discord server tracks every known EX raid to help members coordinate start times and which gyms to target for the next wave of passes. Also, the San Francisco and San Jose discord membership is large with over 16,000 and 12,000 respectively. It is unlikely that all 10 gyms will host EX raids without a member receiving a pass and reporting it.
- Itโs been 9 months since EX raids exited the beta phase and 6 months since they were tweaked so there will be more EX raids per wave; thatโs over 30 waves. It is unlikely that all 10 gyms missed every wave.
The data shows that these gyms are not EX eligible in the first place. Since pokemon do not spawn in areas tagged as schools, highways, or under construction, then EX raids do not occur in these areas also.
