My doctor would like me to do 5mg EV per week and I really would like to do a shorter cycle given the half-life of EV. My doctor says shorter cycles than a week aren't indicated and I figure I could just give the weekly dosage a try and if I experience a significant dip on days 6 / 7, try to advocate for a 5 day cycle.
If I were to determine the dose for a 5 day cycle to ask my doctor, can I do so linearly? Ie, 5mg / 7 days = ~.7mg / day. Then, 0.7 mg / day * 5 days = ~3.5mg / 5 days? Is this accurate, or is the calculation trickier than this?
So how much Selegiline = 10mg Parnate? I have the 5mg India pills.
Im used to taking xanax (have a pretty High tolerance) but i just got my hands on some 2mg Rivotril, im just checking to be sure if I’m correct, Alprazolam and clonazepam is the same potency right? So if I take let’s say 10mg of Alpra normally then i should take 10mg of rivotril?
Last night was my first time taking shrooms. I was originally just going to take the 1g last night to see how it affected me, then wait until Sunday to up the dosage. Except I didn't really feel much at all last night, just a slight high feeling. One hit of my cart could make me feel higher than that though lol.
Anyways, how many grams should I take tonight for it to feel like the equivalent of a 2-3g trip?

Hello everyone, I have some 2C-B I'm trying tonight. The doses for a moderate dose seem to change quite a but on the source. Seems 20-30mg is a common or so amount. I mainly have experience with LSD up to about 200ug. I'm looking for an experience tonight equal to Bour 100-120ug LSD tonight. How much would those with experience with 2C-B recremend I take to have an average 100ug/1tab of LSD equivalent trip tonight. Thank you kindly :)

I was taking 4mg sublingual... my doc just shifted me to patches, and with an increased dose (yay!)...
I was on 4mg oral per day (estrofam). Now I have patches that do 100 micrograms per 24hrs and last for 5 days (estramon).
Is this a significant increase? I tried googling but it was kinda hard to find info about the equivalence...
I’ve been attempting to taper my insane Baclofen regimen for the past two months; however, it’s becoming near impossible.
For reference, I was prescribed Baclofen (250mg p/ day), split into individual doses of 25mg throughout the day. This protocol had been followed for over a year.
During the past two months, this disgustingly had risen to ~473mg p/ day (equivalent to ~47.3g Phenibut), attempting to balance the glutamate storms (which mimic withdrawal symptoms) and trying to stabilise at any dose and still be functional.
My doses previously were every two hours. This was reduced to every 1 hour 30 minutes, as it was the only method in ridding myself of these symptoms.
I’ve since increased the timeframe between doses by 5 minutes p/ dose whenever I felt I could handle it. I had managed to stabilise on a total dose of 473mg p/ day: 43 mg, every 1hr 45mins. However, I couldn’t reduce further.
I then introduced Diazepam, which has made it possible for me to heavily reduce the previous dose to ~35mg and reach a rate of every 2 hours.
This brings the total p/ day to 350mg, a 123mg decrease from the previous 473mg p/ day.
However, I cannot reduce this further without experiencing crippling withdrawals/glutamate surges.
This brings me to my next point; I’ve acquired 1kg of F-Phenibut, with possesses a longer half-life of ~5hrs, compared to Baclofen’s ~2hrs.
I’m looking for guidance on transitioning over to F-Phenibut, considering the dose of Baclofen I’m presently consuming p/ day.
According to multiple individual reports, F-Phenibut’s 5-6x stronger than Phenibut. However, I cannot find any references to how this equates to Baclofen.

I need to take into consideration the dose that would be equal to my Baclofen consumption. The half-life/plasma levels are experienced at the 2hr mark when I re-dose and how this equates to F-Phenibut with its longer half-life but requiring larger doses.
If anyone has any expertise regarding these substances (GABA-B), I’d greatly appreciate some guidance on proceeding with this transition.
As the last thing I’d want is to experience is seizures, or even perhaps death.
So on a standard espresso machine, usually you use 7-9 grams per shot, for a double shot, 16-20. This being said, am I going overboard pulling two shots back to back on the Pro 2 when there’s enough ground coffee beans for equivalent to 2 shots? Or is the extraction different because of how the puck is made?

There is a new pre-print out that has found that a quarter dose of Moderna vaccine generates immunity similar to natural infection. The study looked at Moderna clinical trial participants who got the lower dose (25ug). In real life the company went with 100ug to dose everyone. However, Looking in the group that got 25ug, six months later they had good T cell and antibody responses comparable to a natural infection. (The caveat here we are talking about a few dozen people in this study).
On a related note, I've pointed out previously, that a 1/3rd dose of Pfizer will also produce antibody levels similar to natural infection.
The implications of this for Australia's vaccine rollout are interesting. Mainly, that for every dose of an mRNA vaccine we receive. We could actually dose 3-4x as many people. The caveat is of course that people with natural infection have gotten re-infected. So, there is a risk by doing this strategy you help the virus evolve vaccine escape variants. Of course, this has to be balanced by the virus running through unvaccinated people, generating many billions (trillions?) viral particles, anyone of which could mutate into a new variant of concern.
My overall argument would be we should dilute our doses and vaccinate more people now and end our current outbreaks in Melbourne and Sydney. Those million Pfizer doses/week mean we can get the entire adult population some immunity in the next two months of Q3. In Q4 we will likely be swimming in vaccines we can give everyone a booster.
Think I’m going to buy some oxycodone , they’re shortec 10 or 20mg I think. As I’ve never dosed before I was wondering what dose I should use, I usually dose between 300-450mg of dihydrocodeine with around 80-100mg of promethazine so have a mild tolerance/experience with opioids
