A list of puns related to "Dtap"
Just wanted to share that I got the two vaccinations at the same time, both in my left arm. 5pm yesterday. I was pretty nervous about it. All 3 covid shots were Pfizer. I was really wiped out after the second Pfizer dose - no sick-y symptoms at all from 3rd dose and Tdap* (messed up the acronym). My left arm is basically dead, but that's the only side effect. In case anyone needs that scenario done, and is nervous - all good over here!! Tetanus is no joke - get your boosters!! I was way overdue.
I've read quite some articles about the event driven approach and best practices etc. But what I'm missing and can't really find. Is how to develop with this approach.
We have a couple of different microservices written in golang. They all publish or process events to Kafka. Currently each developer runs all needed services on their own laptop with a local Kafka cluster in place. I'm not sure if this is a good approach.
Now we want to evolve our events over time. I was reading about using a schema registry to parse and validate events.
Now I was wondering how everyone is dealing with this in their setup?
- How do you migrate event schema changes to this registry?
- Do you have one registry that is being used in prod, staging and development?
- Does each microservice handle their own event serialisation and deserialisation or do you share this code between your services?
Also if you have reading tips or books let me know! π
Every time I see conservative arguments about why there shouldnβt be mandates for covid vaccines And sayβ my body my choiceβ why are they okay with the other mandates vaccines? Shouldnβt it be your choice to get the other vaccines?
How many babies under age 1 get whooping cough in the US? I am seeing there are about 15,000 cases per year in the US on average, but that is for all ages. How to isolate infants and newborns only?
Is it safe to assume the actual whooping cough case count is higher than the reported number since some cases may go unreported?
How many babies die of whooping cough in the US per year? I am seeing about 10.
Risks of the vaccine? I have sifted through studies and all of them show it is largely safe. I am curious to see additional information that may refute this. DTAP and DTP are not the same; I did see one terrifying study that kids who got the DTP vaccine had double the mortality rate as unvaccinated kids. But my understanding is that DTP is no longer used.
Safety differences between brands of the DTAP?
Thank you.

Just a quick question on the COVID vaccine:
When I was an infant, I had a serious allergic reaction to the administration of a DTaP vaccine (I believe Infanrix) or a pertussis vaccine (my records are a bit spotty and I've been working to clean them up). Since then I've gotten MMR/Typhoid/HepA vaccines without issue.
Should the allergic reaction to the DTaP cause concern when I'm considering getting the COVID vaccine?
Used it on stream, only lost once on my last game of stream
I'm in the process of downsizing from the Ursa Mini G2 to the A7SIII. The only conundrum left for me is powering the camera. I'd like to run everything from my vmounts, including camera. With no port cutout, I'm not too interested in going for dummy battery. So I'm looking basically at Dtap or VDC to USB C PD.
I don't know if either is possible, don't have any experience with PD tech... but, I've found these:
https://www.amazon.com/Delivery-MacBook-QuickCharge3-0-Android-Battery/dp/B086WHC6YN
Not an elegant solution, but lighter than adding a power bank besides my vmount, and cheaper than replacing all of my energy system. Would it work? Would it be risky? Has anyone tried it?
I am looking for a possible walk in location to get my dTap. I accidentally punctured my hand deeply, and would like to get the shot. Plus, I'm at my 10 year mark.
Update:
Thank you for all the suggestions! Waiting on a call from a health centre. I should be getting it today or tomorrow!
Hey guys
I am rotating in a pediatrics subspecialty (currently a Neurology resident), and one of the newborns we were seeing for new onset non-febrile seizures apparently had this combination vaccine in a really short time span (at 6 weeks, 10 weeks, and 14 weeks of age).
Not sure if they had limited time on insurance or something, but I've read that you can only do that with catch-up vaccinations? And I thought you had to wait 8 weeks between 2nd and 3rd doses of HiB vaccine by itself? Pediatrician I was working with appeared to be ok with it. I've read different things in the literature and am confused.
Could someone clarify for me? Thanks!
Hello! We have a 4.5 month old son who just had his second DTAP and is due to have another at 6 months.
Obviously no vaccines are 100% effective, that said I'm wondering when a "sufficient" amount of pertussis immunity should kick in for a normal parent to be ok with their kid being held by a family member with an unknown status of their adult TDAP vaccine.
I've heard mixed reports about whether babies have a significant amount of immunity 2 weeks after the first DTAP shot at 2 months, verses needing to wait 2 weeks after the second/third shot.
Also, regarding adult immunity, is pertussis immunity provided by a once-in-a-lifetime TDAP vaccine when someone is a teenager, or does it require a 10-year booster shot?
Thank you.

My wife and I had plans to visit friends from college and their newborn. After plans were made they asked if we had our flu shot and DTAP. We said "no" and she asked us to get them. I respect their decision but don't want to get these shots. Now we are considering canceling the trip.
Edit: I'm probably gonna get roasted alive for admiting this but as a child I never had any vaccinations, my parents cited religious reasons. That's why I am struggling ...it just occurred to me if my friends knew my history, they wouldn't want me around their child even if I got the vaccinations they are asking for.
I will tell them my history and let them cancel.
Hi All,
Iβm changing up the way Iβm powering the laptop (Iβm a dell XPS kinda digi) rather than lugging around portable battery generators, and hyperjuice arenβt an option, has anyone had any experience using the tether tools dtap power unit?
I need 130w working/operating power, the dell power companion banks I have only trickle charging but not operating power.
Tethertools dtap board says it can deliver 200w, any recommendations on v-lock batteryβs with 120+watt dtap ports?
Hello,
so Iβm having a little issue with all my dtap devices attached to my camera, so I would really appreciate some advice. I will explain to you:
my equipment: Iβm owning a blackmagic ursa mini pro G2. It has one dtap output included. If I attached my vmount battery to my camera, Iβll get a second dtap output on the battery. So two outputs in general. Into the camera dtap output, I plug in my shape dtap splitter (12V) which has 4 dtap slots in total. I want to plug in all my devices into this dtap splitter, because it makes battery changes a lot faster and simpler, also turning off all devices, etc. etc.. Also, the battery dtap output is blocking the main sdi output.
Iβm attaching my focus motor, my teradek transmitter and a smallhd monitor all via dtap into the splitter. So three slots are assigned, the fourtht / last slot will be a LIDAR system, which Iβll buy in the next weeks.
The problem Iβm facing is, that my monitor turns off as soon as the teradek is pairing or the focus motor runs. So my shape dtap splitter is not putting out enough energy and I donβt want to use the battery dtap output through reasons above. Is there some more improved / professional dtap splitter system? Because Iβm looking over to arri and Iβm really admiring the battery plate. Also, how would you solve the problem?
Whatβs even the point of a dtap splitter like the one from shape, if itβs not able to provide enough energy?
Thank you in advance!
We all know the dtap is a hot topic right now. In my opinion It is too easy to stack up kills with it, especially with a slam + dtap combo to fly over the field (especially in TDM)
I think 2 things could help balance the weapon. First a longer lock on time with a notification to the opposing player that they are being locked on. Second I think the weapon should be semi auto, like the dragonfly. That way it still helps aim, keeps the same damage, but could not be spammed quite as easily.
