Hellooooo Reddit! A documentary we recently made called "Uncaged: A Stand-In Story" was just accepted into the documentary film festival "Hot Docs", premiering this Saturday and Sunday in Toronto, Ontario. You can find tickets here.

NIC Asia is notorious for being target whore. Management generally pull out random numbers and call it target.

I join them few months back. Well, the job was opposite of job description are pretty much 98% marketing. Field marketing sales to be exact.

The first impression was worst as an insider. We were not given proper work environment and equipment, lets say we didn't even had proper chair and there was one shared PC.

The bank again hired around 400+ contract staffs. After one months all those contracts were terminated with no reason. Some news portal published the news but was deleted after a week or so. Mainstream media are likely to not touch this. Even Rabi Lamichanne will not touch them. Existing staffs and those in provision were confident they won't be next.
Well next wave caught provision staff. Since termination was not possible, random transfer started. You home is in Jhapa? Congrats you are now transferred to Janakpur. Your home is in janakpur? you are transferred to jhapa.

The next wave caught exiting permanent staffs. Be it branch manager, assistant, officer. All of them were transferred to random areas. Many were given demotion type of role and ridiculous target. And these were not even related to performance.

Then I came to know the bank is pretty much controlled by family members. CEO is just a figure to approve all decision made by "board". The bank has labor union, but it is pretty much controlled by CEO and board. The bank is pretty much filled by incompetent morons in top level. You will see top level manager in corporate office with zero years of banking experience. Well, experience doesn't matter because their job is to vomit random number and call it target.

Their strategy for achieving the target is by telling subordinates "achieve the target".

Filing a case is pretty much useless as we cannot afford and common people have no chance. We did try to approach Labor court via hello sarkar but not response.

This is one shit hole bank, i suggest not to join them even if you are paid double. I know many staff who left Standard Chartered, NMB, Nabil just to land as marketing sales man type of job.

The pressure was immense and was taking toll in my mental health. So I decided, I rather be jobless for a while than working in this shit hole bank. It makes me sad none of the governing body is taking any action.

Because this whole JBR saga has been SUPER baffling. Both are reaching with the theories when it comes to the other suspects and mentioning every little detail, while shrugging off everything against the Ramseys.

Thoughts?

Were they just dodging a lawsuit while still covering the case?

I am kinda new to DIY and have posted a couple questions about me reciepes tasting of just strong tobacco with learning to use rba. I tried it with a reciepe I used many times but with this new nic. Could the nic be the issue with muting flavors and strong tobacco taste?

I just recieved an order of nicotine river nic salt 100mg per ml VG base and it is very yellow and has a strong smell. I also get a strong pepper taste and a tingling in my nose when vaped. I never had this issue before and my nic from other suppliers has been clear.

I also went down to 18mg in my recipies and it hits and tastes like freebase to me. Before I was mixing up to 50 mgs and never really tasted nic.

Could it be bad nic or possibly freebase by mistake

UPDATE. THEY ARE REPLACING IT RIGHT AWAY.

They seem stand up if the new nic is better I'll give them another chance. They also threw in 15mls of my cap vanilla custard v1 as I didnt mean to buy v2.

THEY SEEM VERY STAND UP.

UPDATE CAME TODAY AND WAS CRYSTAL CLEAR. Made.my shake and vapes and tasted soooooo much better.

Here's my setup:

Homelab for learning purposes

2 ESXi 6.5u2 hosts, VCSA 6.5u3

5 Gb NICs each: 1 for management, 4 for data

no shared storage, individual datastores on each host

My goal:

• use only vDS(s), no vSs

• put each hosts' 4 NICs into LAG(s)

• have vMotion traffic go through LAG uplink(s) between hosts

• have VM traffic go through LAG uplink(s) between hosts

Questions:

• I assume each hosts' NICs would have to be in their own LAG group?

• Can I accomplish this using one vDS? Or would I need two - one for each LAG group?

• Can vMotion traffic and VM traffic both go through the same LAG group of each host?

• Say one host's VM is in a dPG with a 4 port LAG uplink (theoretical 4Gb bandwidth), and I simultaneously transfer data from that VM to two client machines that are only 1Gb ethernet each. Would each client be able to transfer at 1Gb/s each (since the LAG group consist of 4 ports), or would each client only transfer at 500Mb/s each, since each of the 2 clients are not in any LAG groups?

I'm asking because I put both hosts NICs into a single LAG group in a single vDS, and notice no change in vMotion transfers. Upon some research, I realized this is the incorrect topology. Any tips or pointers on what the correct topology is would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t remember it ever having this smell. Has anyone experienced this? 100mg hit salts in VG, mixed into 30:70 pg/vg. Even my mix base smells strong. It’s always smelled neutral to me in the past.

I can’t even take one hit without choking. Wtf?

So I am currently using a Juul. I am thinking of getting a Caliburn. Anyone of you that like it or recommend a different tank like this one? Also is it easy to find low salt nic e juice in smoke or vape shops? Ones lower than 25? Any great companies when it comes to the lower ones? I’m only asking because the ones I come across online are low but the ones that are bigger name that I know about are all 25mg and above. Thanks.

Edit: is it actually safe to use freebase e juice in the caliburn? I’ve heard yes but I don’t want to ruin my device.
