We're going to hike the Inca trail (4d, 3n) in October next year. We definitely have the time to stay longer. How many extra days would you suggest to stay in Cuzco? We'd get there on either the 17th or 18th and can theoretically stay until the 30th (that's when my vacation time runs out)
Also any tips for the trip? Must dos? We'll be staying at the Hilton Garden as I have employee discounts there.
Also how much would food be there per day? I've heard it's much cheaper than the European trips I'm used to. (First time south of Mexico since I was a teen)

Si alguien tiene tips para encontrar vuelos baratos tambien me servirΓa muchisimo. Estuve viendo en internet y me tira en promedio precios de USD$175 por persona que me parece un monton. Asi cuesta normalmente?

Hello, I think my question is a little vague as to what I am defining Urban as. So to answer your questions

I am thinking of a urban area where the majority of people are living year round. When I think city in the context of the pre-early modern era, I am thinking about a place that had 10,000(or close to it) plus people, somewhat distinct areas, some form of monumental architecture if applicable. I am also interested in urban areas that more looked like multiple polities that are connected together, like what is seen in places like Tikal or pre-1900 Addis Ababa.

No I am not specifically talking about Inka established cities. I think any urban area located within the boundaries of the empire would fit.
