Crème de menthe de Agroopod

Acheté il y a environ 3 semaines, forte odeur a l'ouverture et persistente une fois ouvert. Ça goûte vraiment la menthe. Buzz très smooth et relax. Excellent weed de soirée pour moi.

Here's the recipe. You actually drown it in amaretto, then save its life using bird CPR then refill the pot with crème de menthe and drown it again. There is something so sweet about your hair today. I love it.

Is it worth buying Crème de Menthe?

I'm still in the process of filling out my home bar and I am deciding on what I still need to get. There was a similar discussion on this topic four years ago, but I was wondering if tastes have changed or there are different perspectives. Is Crème de Menthe something I should look to buy, whether it's for a Stinger, a Grasshopper, or something else. If so, should I look to a white one or green? Are there green ones that are any good? Should I just make my own?

What does reddit think of Crème de Menthe?

Sickly and girly? Or fresh and summery?

I've recently seen a recipe combining it with Peruvian pisco and Fernet Branca, too... which sounds like an odd combination at first, but might just work (Fernet and mint was one of Maria Callas's favourite drinks apparently)

What could I use instead of crème de menthe for a cocktail?

I am unable to find any crème de menthe where I live unfortunately. I'm considering just mint flavoring but that's not alcoholic. Anybody have any ideas what and alcoholic substitute is that I could use?
