Being one of my favorite collimators, the PK-AS is a modern Russian red dot/collimator sight designed for use on dovetail mount. The sight was derived from the PKS-01 which itself was derived from the PKS-07, a 7x magnified sight made for the SV-98 and sometimes used on the SDVS.

The PK-AS reticle includes a 1.5 MOA always-on black dot, and a large black oval designed for use in CQC situations. The dot can be illuminated red, but the large oval cannot be illuminated.
The PKS-07 is a 7x optic that was selected for use on the SV-98. It is also optimized for the SDVS and the Mosin. The reticle is displayed below.
The PKS-07 was able to be mounted onto the SV-98 using a specific mount, or mounted via side-mounting dovetail system to any compatible rifle.

These are two optics I'd love to see in the game, as they have been favorites of mine in other games such as Battlefield 4 for the PSK-07, and Insurgency: Sandstorm/COD Modern Warfare 2019 for the PK-AS. Let me know what y'all think about these being added into the game.
i am fairly new to the game and have been having trouble finding a good sight. the PK - 06 is great but it is upwards of 30k, and itβs too much to slap on every gun. any recommendations for good sights?
I wanna turn heads at the range, but also don't want to go broke getting an Obzor. I was wondering about what price I should pay for one, and where I can find one? I was thinking about getting this one, but was not sure if it was a good price.

Diffusion of light should present the reticle smaller as the sight gets closer toward the eye. It's reversed in-game:

Laser sight increases dmg and extended clip increases ammo but what do the other two mods actually do?
Does anyone know if there are some settings that will make them more bright and therefore more visible and easier to use, during night?
What are the relative advantages and disadvantages of using separate sight tubes and Cheshires, versus using an all-in-one combo tool for collimation?
More specifically, would you go for the Telecat, or the Teletube+Blackcat? Why?
I remember when I bought the viggen it had this cool collimated sight which you had to align with to look down yet it's not there anymore, instead it's basically a normal screen. Why did they drop it?
do you guys think that at least in sim we should have collimated sight or at least, a more modern sight?
I'm right now at tier V and Tier VII tanks and at high tiers a tank with orizzontal AND vertycal parallax is a bit of a pain compared to the other, especially if you have to aim at littles weak spot or at angled T-80s and i was thinking that maybe we should have collimated sights just they have irl, we cannot rely on the live forum for sights, some are too small, some are a bit confusing and especially there are a lot of tanks missing with collimated sights

I've been having a helluva time trying to find targets with the sight in VR (on the Vive in this case). Even when using VR zoom and sticking my face right up next to it, the Collimated sight appears featureless. Occasionally I can see a building or a river, but I just can't seem to find enemy units at all.
Anyone had better luck firing mavericks in VR?
How am I suppose to find a thing with that sight with the less than poor contrast it has? You guys have tips or mods (terrain mods maybe?) to help with spotting and locking using the collimated sight? Thanks!
Do people really think that all micro collimators are trash execpt the PK-06? I see people saying that they can't use the others but I really don't see why. Even the aimpoints are totally fine IMO the others are better but the aimpoints are still very usable. I really don't see the point of paying 60k+ for an optic that is not thermal. Do people really meta that hard they need such a no edge optic for target accustion?

Hi all! I have been curious about UZI modifications for some time now because it seems there are more options for different setups than other guns. So I built a few different mods and tested them out.
The obvious modifications used in both setups:
Different setups: I first built common and rare mods a while ago and recently finished the purple ones.
DPS:
Results: I tested these 2 setups on the blind one. I started shooting as soon as he hit the wall and stopped as soon as he was no longer stunned. I did this 3 times and took the average damage.
The common/rare setup did do a bit more damage actually! So if you don't have purple mods, or don't want to use them on the UZI since it is pretty rare this set up is still very strong. However, since you are replacing stability, durability, crit chance and crit damage for speed this setup is SIGNIFICANTLY less durable, the range is also worse. Since the difference in damage is not much, and the purple setup is way more durable, the purple setup is still the best IMO. But as I said, the common/rare mods do very well.
If you're wondering about the reinforced stock (blue), I didn't consider that one because it would drop your DPS from 158 to 127, too low in my opinion. But it does have better stability and range.
TLDR: Building just common/rare mods for UZI still produces a very strong gun, it actually does a bit more damage than the purple mods but is MUCH less durable and with less range.

Weapon Attachments Guide
Eplison 11: Sniper -> Heavy barrel and sniper scope and laser (best option for long-medium range gun fights)
Short Range E11 machine gun -> Holo Sight and muzzle booster and gyrophasic stabaliser. (great for short range gun fights)
Silent but deadly -> Silencer and sniper scope and laser. (good for stealth and taking out people silently)
Killing machine: Sniper and heavy barrel and gyrophasic stabaliser tip for this attachment: Aim for the head ( great for people with good aim and recoil control)

P90/Project 90 SMG: SCP-939 killer -> Any Sight -> SILENCER do not use a supressor
the 939 killer is good for killing 939s because they wont hear it, even if your right infront of them and shooting them. they wont see u unless u touch them. so while ur killing a dog just C walk and shoot away

Seems like all the other sights are terrible. Too much sway and movement, or poor visibility otherwise.
I could have sworn i heard it wasn't coming in 12.11, But I'm not sure.
The lack of consistency between scope's and red dot's is one of my biggest gripes right now, second to server performance.
Some weapons have the scope's sight picture take up more of the screen than others. Some scopes have black rings around the reticle dependent on the weapon its mounted on. Some red dots don't hit where where you're aiming at a zero'd distance. Some red dots "dance around" when walking, while other's don't.
And let me be completely clear, this is not because "some optics are better than other's IRL." that's not why some scopes like the Bravo only behave as they should on AR's, and have horrendous black rings in the lens when mounted on an AK's or bulpup's, despite it being the same distance from your eye.
The reason the PK-06 is so good in game is because the red dot doesn't wiggle around when strafing, as it should. It does on many other collimators.
The reason the Tac30 and VUDU are so good, and used so frequently, is because the scope takes up more of the screen, and has a much better FOV than any of the other optics in the game, despite having the same aperture and eye relief than the vast majority of other scopes.

New scav boss Tagilla. Killaβs brother. Heβs chosen βFactoryβ as a place of his own and actively exercises his past sports and combat experience. When in close combat he may switch to his favorite weapon - a sledgehammer. When someone gets hit by it, the best case scenario would be disorientation and broken bones, but usually it will cause inevitable death. The boss can set ambushes, open suppressive fire, and breach if needed.
First iteration of weapon malfunctions and technical deteriorating
Fence reputation. Being the representation of Scav karma. Now players can lose reputation by killing non-hostile scavs and gain it by helping scavs and scav bosses to kill their enemy. You can also gain Fence reputation by using βa friendly scavβ exfil or by using car exfil.
