Day 0 again. Gotta seek a psychiatrist... I can't stand it anymore... I am a 28-year-old man that has no responsibility at all... I can't have a single beer and I end up calling the dealer, had like 7 grams alone, had sex with lots of crazy people in just a single night. What a shit life... So now I have two battles: alcohol and cocaine. I have to learn how to deal with my triggers, but they are just SO SO So strong. During the week I am OK... I am a primary teacher, I go to the gym, I run, I have a super normal life... But Friday, Saturday... Looks like the devil whispers in my ears... I just feel this helplessness... To stop cocaine, I have to stop alcohol, I don't know if this is going to be easy since all my friends drink AND THE F* PROBLEM IS ME, not them... Alcohol is the main and only trigger... I have to reinvent life... So fucking lost Should I seek new friends? Is it time for NA? I had a xanax to calm myself down and rest, I know tomorrow I will regret everything I did last night and I will probably feel confident about not doing it again... But then... The weekend comes... I am just so, so sad. So sad. So down. Thanks for letting me open up here.

Seriously guys the new taste is disgusting.
I am conditioned to the old taste and canβt get over it.
I am now having sleepless nights thinking of the old coke zero taste.
Itβs the same dream, I go into the newsagent and the fridge is filled with that beautiful bottle.
I still have a swig left in a bottle under my bed. I am going to keep in case we can reverse engineer coke zero in the future.
Title. Cause I sure as hell do! I actually hate drinking or eating in front of others but when the hunger gets unbearable when I'm out I rather drink something so I usually opt for a coke zero bc it fills me up for some time. Whenever I drink it in public and people pass me by I feel so watched and already judged by them so I carry the bottle or the can in a way that people see that it is the zero cal option. I just feel like if I don't do this ppl immediately think "ahh ofc she is drinking regular coke it matches w the way her body looks". I know that most people actually don't pay that much attention to such details but it still fucks me up. Idk if any of you do this too so I thought I would just ask lol
Also wanted to say that yeah I could drink water instead but water somehow makes my hunger worse?? lol
I know that the formula for Coke Zero recently changed but I swear Coke Zero now tastes more like Diet Coke and diet like the new Coke Zero. Am I crazy I just donβt know any more.
Curious if it's possible to buy the syrup/concentrate at all through anyone in town, the only place I can find it is on Ebay and it's likely a pain to ship. Tried calling the coca cola place in town but you get a non local connection.
Looking for a better go-to can to have around than a regular coke or pepsi, and less sugar than juices.

i reduce my insulin during fasts btw. so basically what iβve read is that sometimes sodas are considered to break wl fasts because they cause an insulin response. however i of course donβt produce insulin as a type one diabetic, although i can control how much i do or donβt take. please helpπ’
i specified fasting with the intention of weight loss because a lot of people do fasting for gut health, among other things, and of course this would break that type of fast*
I decided this morning since I didnβt have any coffee that I would drink a Coke Zero (I know not the best replacement) for the caffeine replacement. I wasnβt really hungry but I know I need to keep myself consistent for better numbers so I ate a yogurt. I tested an hour after and Iβm up to 144, mind you my fasting sugar was 71, I think the Coke Zero spiked me because the yogurt I have had for breakfast consistently paired with other food since diagnosis and never spiked me. I think the sugar replacement did it? Iβm not sure has anyone else spiked with this? Since introducing sugar free sodas two weeks ago my numbers have been higher
I was a heavy coke zero drinker and so was my dad. We've noticed recently that it no longer makes us feel good, but rather stuffed and a bit unwell. I am trying to figure out why. One possible reason is that both of us are on a keto diet (not super strict, but keto nonetheless). Did anyone else who used to enjoy a cold glass of coke zero notice anything different once they started shunning the carbs?
As per title, my lunch Coke Zero can burst in my backpack and permeated into the cardboard box my undeveloped film canisters were. I was going to post them in my lunch break. And so I found my film soaked in coke and I gave it a quick rinse in lukewarm water and packed in a ziplock bag while still damp (though excess water drained). How bad is it? I know coke can act as a developer. I believe the film was in coke for about 15 minutes and agitated as I was on a bike. It will take a couple of days for the photos to be developed as Iβm mailing them.
What do you guys think?
