But pretty soon, recommending People We Meet on Vacation is going to be my brand, for reasons that will become clear very shortly.

Poppy and Alex are friends, best friends, since an initially awkward rideshare back to their hometown after freshman year of college. They're an odd couple; where Poppy is wide open, Alex is buttoned up. Poppy is quirky (but not in a PeNgU1N oF d00m, spork holding kind of way) and her family is out there. Alex is her foil: stoic and reticent and proud and private. And while they're different, together they feel complete. They're more of themselves, more naked (in fact, Poppy even describes the real Alex as Naked Alex and sometimes Weird Alex), more open and comfortable and honest. It's almost like they're a puzzle with two pieces, complete when they're together.

Since college they've been taking trips together. They call it the Summer Trip. Something they plan all year and pull together on a shoestring budget and experience with almost no inhibition with both each other and the people they meet on vacation.

Now that Poppy is a travel writer for a fancy magazine, the Summer Trips are no longer the same. But something happened in Croatia during their last trip, causing Poppy and Alex to stop traveling and stop talking altogether. It's now two years later and Poppy, bereft of inspiration and missing her best friend, manages to convince Alex to join her for another Summer Trip-- her last chance to find happiness and fix things between them.

The friends to lovers trope is criminally underrated and Emily Henry proves it with People We Meet on Vacation. Friendship is a kind of crush and, much as she did in Beach Read, Henry shows us that. She develops the growing connection between Alex and Poppy in such a way that captures that initial magical frenzy, where the friendship glitters, where every moment is spent together, everything is fun, everything is funny, everything

Hi everybody! I'm looking to create a playlist of soundtracks from visual novels. However I'm looking to fill it with, as the title states, H-Scene music. Why? Because those scenes are usually when the climax (pun intended) of the route happens, or at least the point when the MC and the heroine let all their feelings out (innuendo intended).

The Bard...

Section 1 - Why I Made... Need These Changes

So the Bard, Daquon. He's an Aasimar, not quite a fallen one, but certainly not one that has paid much heed to his divine purpose. He likes to stick his, umm... divinity? yeah, we'll call it that... in EVERYTHING. He constantly asks me, before every session, if this one has a boss he can roll to slam. He has proven that he is willing, and of course, bard's luck, anytime I let him roll but decide internally it'll require a nat 20, lo and behold, RNGesus answers his prayers and it's a nat 20 every time.

I roll with it, we have a good time (fade to black of course, no one in this group is interested in details but it's still a good joke). But that isn't very "Barovia" to go around "smashing" everything in sight. So I've come up with a plan.

At this point, they are just finishing up the Death House for reference.

Section 2 - Give 'em What He Wants

In the Village of Barovia, we have one setup that's just perfect, the three Vastani women. In my campaign, they aren't exactly spies for Strahd, but they do provide him info from time to time (more willing informant than spy). That said, they were kicked out of the Vastani for certain, lewd, activities. This makes them perfect to be open for the Bard. I won't even have to bait him, just say "three pretty Vastani" and he'll do the rest. They'll be willing, it'll be a good time.

Then there is Ireena.

Ireena in my game is goign to be a very strong, independent woman intent on solving her own problems if at all possible. Granted, she also isn't an idiot, and will look to and lean on the party for support since she isn't some adventurer like them. This means that when she figures out that Strahd wants her for a lover, she might consider the option of getting a lover of her own as a way to kinda stick it to Strahd. This would be even better if that lover was someone she felt could effectively help her deal with the Strahd situation.

This happened when I was around 18/19. I was always horny but wasn't comfortable looking at porn at the time.

I've always found music to be very impactful on my emotions and get goosebumps etc, which may go some way to explaining this.

One day I was at my parent's going to town on my self, and was playing music to drown out any noises I could possibly make. I think I'd been going for a while with just my own thoughts to guide me and was having no luck, when Leona Lewis' cover of Snow Patrol's 'Run' came on.

It has this long slow build up to a crescendo and I felt myself getting swept up in the music and came as the song hit the climax (pun very much intended).

We live in a culture where we're supposed to hide our attraction. The reasons are all a bit intertwined:

1. Overstating her relevance to you - This is "I'm interested in you" vs. "You'll make my life complete". A stranger comes up to you and says, "You're everything to me." It's weird and different than a stranger comes up to you and says they were interested in some funny thing they just saw you did.

2. Your interest becomes a situation to get out of - We hide our interest because women are getting bombarded at all times by unwelcome interest from men. Imagine you can't go outside without a bunch of strangers trying to sell you shoes. Every person becomes a person to handle. This is the value of False Time Constraint - it gets her out of planning how to get rid of you.

3. You will not be cool with her declining - A guy says he likes her. Now she's in charge of managing her feelings about the situation, but also she thinks she has to handle HIS. This is why women rarely outright decline, but instead they are diffident - they "have boyfriends"/are "busy"/flake. You must be as okay with her turning you down as if your friend orders a different meal than you. This is especially true in friend groups or workplaces. Women are afraid there'll be some kind of resentment for the decline that will mean you won't be a human any more to them and then they'll be stuck seeing you all the time.

4. Being overtly sexual - Men do this either because they're thinking in terms of how they see the interaction, because they think it shows confidence, or because it shows detachment. The problem is you're starting the movie with the climax (pun not intended).

5. Doing it in a way that minimizes vulnerability - it took me forever to figure out why women went for a vulnerable Paul Walker-type when movies overtly taught that stoic Vin Diesel or Clint Eastwood were manliness embodied. The difference between "you're hot" and "I don't know how to talk when I'm with you" is big. I've read a lot of people posting about Approach Anxiety, trying to get rid of it. Fuck that. Be nervous. Tell her why you're nervous. Be a person. Her instincts will reroute from "find a way to sneak away and get rid of him" to "Whoa, this guy being real." Showing your fear dismantles her own.

I mean i love the series but i feel the ending was anticlimactic like it went from the climax (pun intended) to a 4-5 year jump i need the middle stuff all but all in all i still loved it.

There has been a great deal written on what the Emperor's plan was, and more and more hints and details are surfacing, and i think i've finally managed to figure out all the stages that should have happened, had he been succesfull.

Now a lot of this is speculation(so please correct me if im talking out of my ass), but even if most of the things i've written are true, it shows just how insanely ambitious the Emperor was.

1: IWGP Jr Tag Championship Fatal 4-Way Desperado & Kanemaru VS RPG 3K VS MCMG VS Marty & Flip *I can see marty potentially teaming with flip cause of the whole marty & flip take japan skits on BTE, but I might be wrong and marty would have to be somewhere else on the card. MCMG is another wild pick. Idk what’s going on with Shelley but hopefully he and Sabin could work the Tokyo Dome

2: NEVER 6-Man Tag Championship Gauntlet Match GBH & Taguchi VS Fale & GoD VS Taichi &KES VS Yano, Ospreay, YOSHI VS SCU VS EVIL, BUSHI & SANADA *It would make sense if Taguchi was in this match, but teaming him up with GBH would make it funny as hell: imagine Makabe’s king kong knee, Honma’s kokeshi and then Taguchi’s hip attack off the top rope. It would make for a fun moment. Also, I want to see SCU get in this match. It is unlikely though. BCOG because why not. Taichi & KES would be interesting since we don’t see this trio often or at all. CHAOS is more random though. I couldn’t think of a great team for Chaos since they’re more individuals than team, but I went with Yano, Ospreay & YOSHI-HASHI. Yano because of comedy spots, Will because he honestly needs a break from the Jr title picture, and YOSHI-HASHI because reasons. LIJ will once again challenge for those belts since I think that Evil and Sanada need a break from the tag title scene, plus Bushi needs a bit of a push in my opinion

3: ROH World Championship Cody VS Jay Lethal *at first this wouldn’t make sense, but as of ROH BITW 2018, Lethal has been in this “path to redemption” story where he needs to beat guys that defeated him in the past. So this would be a culmination of that. And since he’ll be fighting Nick Aldis for the NWA title at All In, Cody will obviously win the ROH title.

4: IWGP Tag Team Championship Young Bucks vs Elgin & Cobb *This is where the phrase “dream card” comes in lol. There wouldn’t be a reason for these guys to fight. I just wanna see what would happen if the bucks were challenged by Elgin & Cobb assuming the Bucks hold the titles and E/C won the WTL2018 or vice versa.

5: NEVER Openweight Championship Suzuki VS Ishii *This is where the feud of these two end. I think Suzuki, at some point before WK, will win the NEVER title and Ishii will recall their feud and it will culminate at the dome.

6: IWGP United States Championship Triple Threat Juice Robinson VS Jay White VS Zack Sabre Jr. *Let’s say that Jui

So last night I had this dream about this guy Dan I go to school with. I used to dislike him, but I've been talking to him more this year and I've learned that he's actually not so bad (also he's gotten more attractive which is a bonus). In my dream Dan and I were flirting and I'm unclear what happened but we got a little sexy and basically spent the entire time looking for a place to have sex. So I'm making this in here since there's no need for it in /r/hockey, plus this is a different kind of wager. All of you butthole surfers get to see it for proof as well. I'm making a wager that will hopefully trump all wagers. • You have to write a love story about Malkin, Crosby and Lemieux that has been going on since each joined the Penguins organization. Within the story, Malkin must be the jealous type that ultimately kills Lemieux because his love for Crosby is so strong. 7 strong

I was wildly underwhelmed with all the romances, Josephine's specifically. I don't know if I'm "glad" that Bioware included nudity in some of the love scenese, it certainly makes the endeavor fell more mature, but they don't spread it out among the romance options. The entire Josephine romance was essentially kissing (with unsettling sound effects) and talking. There was no climax, pun intended. Even with some of the "main" characters (Cass, Cullen) the romances felt empty, which is disappointing because Bioware is good at making it tasteful and saucy. It's like they added boobs for Sera and Cass and called it a day.

I think this one ended up being a bit longer than I originally intended, but hopefully you enjoy the ride and your jimmies don't get overly rustled.

Some Back Story

Once upon a time, I was a college sophomore. I lived on the 10th, and top, floor of a dorm so I wouldn't have anyone annoying above me stomping around and making noise (this is important later). Our suite consisted of three bedrooms, two girls to a room, a foyer area with a lockable door to the hallway with 6 closets and one bathroom with 3 sinks, a shower and a toilet. I became good friends with my roommate who was, in turn, very close friends with two of our other suite mates, they ended up joining a sorority together. They weren't really your typical girly-girl types who always partied and were derpy and annoying, luckily for me. I didn't, and still don't, drink or enjoy college-type parties and like my quiet time to read or play video games. However, we didn't know our other neighbors very well. It turns out that one of the other two girls is in my major's department but in a different concentration, she seems nice and polite, but ends up joining a different sorority and I don't see her around very often unless it's in my department's building. I soon find out why.

I think Mox is returning to New Japan eventually and he will be in the G1 for sure. I would also like to see Brian Cage in the G1. From IMPACT, I think Moose would do great.

Having recently finished the Praetorian Heresy novel, I have to say this was kind of a lame way for the Alpha Legion Primarch to go.

For one, it seems silly that Alpharius would try and convince freaking Dorn, a very stubborn primarch, to go to the dark side. Like Dorn’s loyalty to the Emperor is stone solid and one can’t change his loyalty any more than stopping the sun from rising. Moreover, a Crusade flashback preceding this duel shows how Alpharius and Dorn were at odds with each other concerning methods of war. Hence, I find it weird Alpharius would bother gambling on convincing his brother that he can give him “Victory”.

For another, I thought Alpharius to be quite out of character when facing Dorn. I mean he is The Big Spymaster as seen when he was introduced in Dan Abnett’s “Legion” book where he is shown to be careful when planning and executing everything which makes his attempt to convert Dorn either reckless or bad writing. Oh and he let himself get destroyed by Dorn.

I suppose Alpharius’ death was a combination of bad writing and John French’s biases?

I am interested to hear what you folks think about this.

You can have all the capital in the world but losing that much money in a day is unacceptable for multiple days on end. This pressure on shorts can only last them so long before they have to think about cutting losses. Hold for those who never had a damn thing. Tears will be falling after this is said and done. Second, poor Crispin. I can't imagine any HCP attack going well, but he attacked a campus with:

• 1 member of the class of legends ready to help with an augmenter more powerful than Crispin
• Titan visiting
• 2 of the only advanced minds more powerful than his augmented one
• the heir to Captain Starlight's mantle who was like "nah I'm better than that"
• the entire class of nightmares in training
• the Company's most effective team
• the trainer of the Company's most effective team

We don't know what power sets are available at other schools, but Lander that day had to be one of the largest concentrations of powers in the world. At the very least another campus wouldn't have had supers on hand who were just straight up stronger than half his augmented people.
