>(d) damage to property,
>(e) disruption of a supply of money, food, water, energy or fuel,
>(f) disruption of a system of communication,
>(g) disruption of facilities for transport, or
>(h) disruption of services relating to health.
3) For the purposes of subsection (1)(b) an event or situation threatens damage to the environment only if it involves, causes or may cause—
>(a) contamination of land, water or air with biological, chemical or radio-active matter, or
>(b) disruption or destruction of plant life or animal life.
I've emboldened some words as I feel they deserve emphasis.
In summary, I don't understand how extending the Brexit deadline falls under the definition of an emergency that would allow the Government to use the Act.

When I became PM, the Constitutional Court (CC) chief Hrayr Tovmasyan offered me help on daily basis by telling me about all the loopholes he knows in the Constitution, because "he wrote it", and that together we can do a lot of things. I rebuked him. I have no desire to cooperate with the corrupt regime.
Today the CC doesn't meet the Constitution. Constitution says CC's chief must be elected by CC members, but the current chief was elected by Parliament.
