A list of puns related to "Character Point"
I can't wait to introduce my parents to my bride 2B.
Hi Everyone!
So I have a request for you all. Some friends and I are starting a new Pathfinder Campaign. Specifically, Hell's Rebels. I noticed one point mentioned that mint is now outruled, as one of the more 'insane' laws being put into place. Naturally, I have designed my character entirely around that.
Thus, the Chef Pana Kouta is born. I hope to 'pepper' some puns throughout the campaign, and would love to have some help from you all!
To summarise Hell's Rebels: A city of freedom is put under martial law, and the party will become leaders of a rebellion to stop the tyranny as the new leader begins issuing more and more insane laws.
Context: My little sister (10) was making gullible jokes, e.g. "Did you know gullible isn't in the dictionary?" or "Gullible is written on the ceiling."
I'm pretty sure this should go down in Dad Joke History:
Dad: I read a book growing up, it was called "Gullible's Travels"
Sister: What was it about?
Dad: About 200 pages.
And so the string decides that he shall stop at his favorite Pub and treat himself to a pint before going home to the wife. But after a decent walk he arrives at the pub to find a new sign on the door that reads " No Strings Allowed".
The string becomes infuriated. "How dare they" he thinks to himself. After having been a loyal patron for 10 years he decides this injustice is not to be tolerated and comes up with a plan.
He takes a moment and steps into the back alley way to be discreet. While he is there he ties himself into a knot and frays the top. Content with his disguise he marches back around to the front, enters the bar and has a seat when requests a pint of beer.
The bartender being a little suspicious looks at him a little uneasily but just can't seem to peg what the problem is. He serves him the beer regardless while keeping a close eye on the suspicious character. A little while later the string decides that the week at work has been so long that he is deserving of two pints of beer before going home to retire for the weekend.
It is just at that point when the bartender is serving him his second pint that he pauses and looks at the string and says "Hold on one minute! Aren't you a string?"
To which the string replied, "Sorry, I'm a frayed knot".
My family was watching Lord of the Rings a few weeks back. At one point in the movies, a character says, "Muster the Roherim!" Later on, I (the son) pointed out, "The Roherim have been mustered." My dad instantly replies, "Except the slow ones, they gotta ketchup!"
The following is a text exchange between me and a friend:
Friend: Arrived safely in Vietnam. See you in a few weeks!
Me: Glad to hear You've reached your destinASIAN!
Bonus points: I used the asian face character emoji!
So we were watching Law Abiding Citizen. At some point the main character is stuck in an isolation cell. For some odd reason he is using a phone and can actually call people. A friend asks how this is possible. My response:
He's got cell reception.
