Hi! I am planning to get a house and lot around Cavite or Laguna. I’m 29/F and earning 85k monthly (gross), have 100k EF, two insurances (pru and sunlife),Pag ibig mp2 savings which I started just last year and I also invest in PSE. I just want to ask the pros and cons of living in Cavite/Laguna. I’m having second thoughts kasi yung work ko is sa Makati, currently WFH until further notice. I am currently living with my parents and 1 sibling here in metro. We own the house but the lot is still not ours. Medyo problematic pa kasi yung title nitong house namin. Pero ok naman di pa naman sa level na paapalisin kami. This is the reason kaya I’m looking for a house and lot sa Cavite/Laguna. Kasi in the long run baka hindi din samin mapunta itong lot, it will also be my first real estate investment if ever. Kaso when I check the available properties sa Cavite right now, bandang Tanza and Trece Martires na yung affordable price. 2M-3M lang din kasi ang kaya ko if ever, I will pay it thru Pag ibig loan if ever. I haven’t checked properties in Laguna yet(baka may suggestion kayo dito hehe)
Ayun, so what are the pros and cons of living in Cavite/Laguna and your work is in the Metro? May mga nababasa kasi ako medyo magastos din sa fare and yung travel time is mahaba din. I don’t own a car yet pala. I am having second thoughts kasi baka anytime soon mag RTO na kami.
My another reason of getting a house and lot outside metro is I also want to live in a comfortable environment. Itong current location kasi namin sa Metro is not a village/subdivision wherein you can jog or bike anytime, mga ganung drama ba hehehe. Also problem din ang parking. Ayun sana po may sumagot.
