A list of puns related to "Bloodrayne"
Hello! This is a old game between 2002 and 2008 i guess. Gameplay was like Bloodrayne's but with guns as i remember. In the beginning you have to select a character. The players select screen was simmilar to diablo. They were sitting at the bonfire(or not) and waiting for you to pick one of them. There were few locked characters at the right side of the screen.I used to play as guy wearing hat who had an ability to fly around the map as a spirit and could possess into the body of an enemy and play as him till your "mana ends". He looks like Van Helsing from the game on PS2.There was a moment when you open the doors and see big brutal guy. He noticed it and went to you. After it game ends. I remember that i moved into his body and comited suicide and after it, the same cutscene was played but without that guy and it was the end of the game.
The graphics was on the BloodRayne or Van Helsing level not anime style.
I think that game was on PC or PS2, but i'm not sure about PS2, becouse i checked my ps2 memory card and there was no that games save files.
This is not Darkwatch, Gun Grave, Dark Angel, the 3rd birthday, Vampire Rain, the Messiah, Second Sight. Please, help me to find it and sorry if i made a mistakes in grammar part.
UPDATE: I saw video with all PS2 games and didn't found game i need, so I ask you to find a list of PC exclusives of 2000s for me.

Sick character design? Check. Crazy ass plot that kinda seems like it's blending tropes from both the 90s and the 80s? Check. Simple gameplay loop that consists of limbs getting cut off and satisfying slow-mo? ABSOLUTELY CHECK.
But alas, it is an early 2000s action game and it shows. One of the clunkiest action, beat 'em up/hack and slash games I've played. Good God.
Anyways, kinda sad this franchise died. I could definitely see it being the perfect rival to Capcom's Devil May Cry, but then Bayonetta happened. Dante and Rayne are both far from being deep characters and are basically fun, playful, one dimensional badasses, the story in their games following in line with that vibe. But Capcom are masters of anything fight-related. They were tough competition then and they are tough competition now.
I'm yet to play through the second game, but this one definitely feels like the start of something that could be much, much greater. It gets a lot of credit from me for being the first game to make me enjoy a swamp area (first level right off the bat, super atmospheric I tell you), and the sight of a female damphir running along power lines while going around her supernatural hunting business is nothing short of great.
For anyone interested in this game, be wary of the jank, and of the beginning. I promise it gets better, but unfortunately the audio for the voices did not age well at all and gives off a very poor impression. Also you're initially limited to 2 melee moves. But give it a couple of levels and you'll have the pace of the game down and will be mowing down enemies left and right, as they run in despair after their arm has been cut off. That is, until you catch up to them and slice them in half.
Do I recommend it though? Honestly... no. Unless you have a fondness or nostalgia for janky, yet satisfying early 2000s action games. Or if you happen to love gothic (not goth!) stuff and also enjoy dismembering nazis. In that case then this will be a classic for you.
Other than that, watch for difficulty spikes during both the first and last bosses. 2 tips, one for each of them (for Terminal Cut at least): for the first boss, go for the legs, then go ham on it. As for the other, go ham on the german guy as fast as you can without using ammo. The fight will sort of "reset" after a cutscene plays and if you're fast enough you'll have all the time in the world and all the ammo in the level to deal with the other dude. Thank me later.
3/5. Enjoyable, but not
... keep reading on reddit β‘So i've heard most of the bugs are for Bloodrayne 2 Revamped, but is the first game buggy as well? I plan to get both, but the sequel i'm waiting for a patch or two first. I'm just unsure if I'm good to pull the trigger and get the first game now, or if I should wait for a patch?
I'm not sure how it would work at this point given rights and stuff with the comic books but I'd love to see an omnibus. Would be a definite buy for me. I feel like tracking down all the old issues would be difficult. Anyone else interested in this?
After playing with Serana Dialogue Add-on for a long while (which I absolutely love), I am beginning to miss Lauraβs voice, so I had an idea; I thought it would be really neat if there was a separate follower modeled after Rayne from BloodRayne 2, but using Serana/Laura Baileyβs voice lines. But honestly, even just a replacer for Serana would be a dream come true! Is anyone out there willing to undertake this project?
(first time posting π my apologies if requesting a mod here isnβt typically the way to go about it. Thank you for your time and feedback!)
The bloodrayne remasters silent dropped onto PS store and I decided to give them some clout on here because I LOVED the first one on ps2 back in the day and the remasters dropped pretty much without a peep. Definitely outdated some but still great gameplay and satisfying combat imo. Highly recommend of course!
My main problem with the franchises, it's their lack of lore and world building by the developers. In the Nocturne it's was maybe justified, considering that main protagonist, The Stranger, didn't cared and wanted only to know how to better kill monsters, but in the Bloodrayne we still didn't learn much anything new even about the vampires.
For example :
700$ US LOL
Oh and you still need to pay another 25 for shipping :P
Phicen Limited 1/6 Scale Rayne Ver. 2.0 Action Figure PLMB2012-14 (2012) | eBay
Seriously she looks pretty cool and i would like to have it, but 700US ???
Durham red didn't start appearing in a similar outfit as Rayne until 2005. Previously she was walking around half-nude, and before that dressed like a blanket a clown puked on. If the judge in charge of the copyright case was actually presented with different eras and comics of Durham Red, he could have actually seen how her design was changed in 2005 when the movie was announced so that they could sue the developers. Instead, the judge just followed "Durham released first, so she wins the case", completely disregarding her new change in appearance.
Almost every Kagan's full-blood child has some unique vampire powers, with the exception of Xerx, who just a simple genius. Even Rayne's dhampir half-blother Garek had telekinesis ability and telepathy.
But what about Mora? She was supposed to appear in the Bloodrayne 2 game and be one of the two Rayne's half-siblings who isn't hostile to her (other one is Svetlana Lupescu), but was cut along with Kasumi, Lockdown and the Roach Queen. Look like that Kasumi should have been connected with Mora somehow, but I'm not really sure.
Will BR3 follow up after the events of BR2, and did you guys get the rights to Nocturne? I played that game when I found out BloodRayne was a spiritual sequel to the game. Any chance you are going to re-release it, or better yet revamp it and make it a prequel to BloodRayne, but make it more in line with the franchise?
Oh and just a suggestion it would be cool if you did introduce Mora, Rayne's half-sister and The Roach Queen from BR2 that got cut.
I'm trying to shareplay to a friend and it just says "an error has occurred" whenever they connect, we tried other games and it works fine.
Is there a fix??

if you brought the frag launcher, shoot 1 per frag (out of 10) on the ground when beliar walks towards each frag to make it easier for him to die 1st saving the hassle roaming around for ammo, granades, (even if i screwed up the last frag) as wulf is the easiest to l1 mash once hes alone with a quick save checkpoint if his rng doesn't go your way as you saw how many reloads it took for me π
One thing I'm surprised I haven't seen mentioned a lot is the broken physics in ReVamped.
Throwing an enemy in the original version was consistent in how far an enemy would go and they would hit the trap I was throwing them too 99% of the time.
In BR2: ReVamped however, enemies either barely move or go flying and almost never consistently hit their targets. It makes the harpoon puzzles a chore to get through and bloody hell the Slezz boss fight was terrible because of it.
If you're struggling with this know that, until it's hopefully patched, using the powers to slow down time fixes it.
I just finished the first game. I've read that there are missing cutscenes in the second game. Does that apply to the PS4 port? I just bought it but should I wait for a patch before playing?

Hello there fellow BloodRayne fans, i was hoping somebody could help me out with a question that is really confusing me. As we all know the BloodRayne Revamped Remasters are to hit consoles soon and im excited for it, but there seems to be a problem pre ordering the game on Xbox One. I went to Pre-Order the game last night and im having a problem. As i typed the game's title in on the Microsoft Store on My Xbox One only the first title's Remaster shows up and it says you can pre order and then when i get to the actual game page i can't pre order it. It says unavailable. But it still says its releasing in November. I tried to google this to see if there is a delay of sorts or an issue on Xbox's side and im getting nowhere. I am really excited about the Remaster and want to play it but something seems to be preventing from that happening. If anybody has any clue as to what is going on that would really help. Thank you.
I beat revamped BR 1 last night and realized the after credits cutscene was missing (where Beliarβs heart turns to stone and she kicks it down the grate), and then today I was playing through BR 2 and the cutscene right after you defeat Slezz (with Ephemera and Ferril) is missing π.
Is that just a switch issue? Or is it missing for you guys as well for anyone else who has it on other systems?
