A list of puns related to "Blackadder The Third"
Orkibal: "I love it wen a kunning plan comes togedder."
But seriously, there's so much storytelling potential with the orks that it's a crying shame we still don't have a full novel with ork protagonists. There's the audiobooks featuring the meks and and everybody's favourite madboy Talker, but still.
My personal favourite is βYou wouldnβt notice a subtle plan if it painted itself purple and danced naked on top of a harpsichord singing βsubtle plans are here againββ
Author notes, I suffer from minor dyslexia, please donβt complain about my spelling and grammar I do try to correct it.
***Spoilers***
Ok, so in the 2000 millennium movie at the end Blackadder hears on how an unscrupulous man could use a time machine to change history for self gains. Next scene we see heβs the king, and maid Marian is his wife. Along with Baldrick being prime minister.
So hereβs is my question, using the black adder lore of the series and specials, how did lord Blackadder manage it.
We know in season 3 he became king of England but somehow that was mucked up by an event that led him being a Captain in the first world war. But it wouldnβt explain his wife and the PM.
Ideas?
So I am a fan of comedies and funny shows but I have a lean toward UK humour and satire. I have tried the Peep Show but it wasn't quite for me. I liked The Young Ones and Fawlty Towers but I would like some shows that are 2000 onwards unless it's a belter
Rodney is told about the underground entrance to the Atlantean city buy a local villager. Later when mentioning this to the team he mentions that "Baldrick", the guide knows how to get into the city. Baldrick was the name of the servant in the series Blackadder.
Just wondering if this was a little joke by the writers given the whole royal hierarchy theme of the episode.
