But now insiders are saying the couple has split. And that the long-distance nature of their relationship may be the cause of their break-up. Others insist it is the fact that they come from such different worlds. The latest we hear is that Ayan Mukerji is exploring a new character for the second instalment of Brahmastra trilogy which will be a universe of its kind. The character will be called Dev and the casting for the same is underway. As per Pinkvilla, the director has already worked on the script of the sequel in lockdown and he along with the team are planning to start shooting it without any delay.
