It's a great boomer midwestern-dad drama to watch while eating in a Black Bear Diner.
Edit: Sorry meant 2020 not 1997. Got confused lol.
This BBC drama written by Jed Mercurio is one of the finest pieces of TV in the last 20 years or so. Up there with The Wire and Sopranos, but unique and excellent in it's own way.
Are you watching it? Does it translate to your taste in drama?
I'm asking this because it's a hot topic of conversation in the UK at the moment as series 6 has us all on tenterhooks. It really is rather good :)

The healer fixed her wounds and she became very pretty, this is as far as I remember as the story goes, thank you.
Doesn't the bed get dirty? How do they sleep on it then?
I'm not being negative - this is celebrating good things about the U.S.
Looking for a late 90s or early 2000s Asian-American kung fu tv series or a TV film. Almost a Mortal Kombat Conquest (1998) esque tv series. From what I remember, the plot revolves around a mask that can give you power or corrupt the person wearing it. There's a scene fighting on the beach, a short love scene, and then a female character trying on the mask at the end.
It's not Black Sash, Jackie Chan Adventures, or Martial Law.
Watched the first episode of Yellowstone yesterday and noticed a song from APC and one from Puscifer playing.
Whatβs the deal?
Can someone explain the connection?
And the most important question: will there be more songs in other episodes?
I love the vibe, landscapes, characters, basically everything in this show. Do you have any series or movies with the same feeling and environment that you get in Yellowstone ? I just started watching Longmire, it's nice but quite different. Thanks !
The amount of time I've spent trying to identify this series is daft.
Hand drawn english-language cartoon I watched in late 80s or early 90s in the UK (so BBC/ITV likely on the weekend mornings, as this is when most children's telly was shown on terrestrial), although the show was probably American. As such it probably means the show was more likely from the 80s.
Sci-Fi styling, probably based in space, with a mix of human and non-human characters. The most stand-out memory is a regular male alien character that was small, fluffy yellow and hovered (so probably had wings). He was a 'good' character and spoke in English, and for no good reason the most stand-out memory is when a female human character kissed him and he sung "I'll never wash my lips again!"
Please rid me of this ceaseless nightmare of not knowing what this is.
