Je suis avec VMD depuis un bout, mais je pense de plus en plus à gérer mes investissements sans passer par un courtier. J'ai regardé quelques plates-formes et Disnat me semble bien. Y a-t-il des redditeurs ici qui utilisent ce service ? Si oui, qu'en pensez-vous ?

Bonjour à tous, avez vous des recommendations pour un courtier hypothécaire, individus, compagnie, site web? Dans la région de Montréal, même rive sud/nord on peut se déplacer.
One of my courtiers has a claim on the kingdom of Norway and the county of elfinn. When I declare war on the king of Norway and choose her claims as CB there’s only the option to fight for the county. Why? Is it because she is unlanded? Do I have to fight for the county first and then for the kingdom in a second war?
Also she’s 63 without children and her only living close relative is her sister which is 55 and also childless. So is it even worth to fight for her claim or will Norway leave my empire after she dies anyway?

Je vais signer l'achat de ma résidence principale en avril et je cherche un courtier ou une banque pour mon prêt immobilier.
J'ai déménagé en France il y a 4 ans, je ne connais donc pas très bien les banques et je n'ai pas les contacts d'un courtier.
J'ai essayé quelques simulations en ligne, par exemple sur boursorama, mais cela me donne un taux élevé de 1,8%.
La résidence principale coûtera 350 000 euros (frais de notaire et d'agence déjà inclus). J'ai 250k et je voudrais un crédit de 100k, Cependant, toutes les simulations que je fais me donnent des taux élevés (1,8, 1,7, etc.)
Mon profil: 29 ans, employé CDI avec salaire net 1700eur

How does one get more courtiers? I was wondering because sometimes my Council Members die, and their replacements aren't so good. For example, how would I get somebody with high Martial stats to become my Marshall?
Does anyone know why they start out with only 2 talents? Is there something I'm missing cause they seem a little undercooked?
What happens when a county has no living liege, heir or even courtiers?
Does a random villager just take up the hat and become the big boss? Or does the territory become a free city like in civ?
À Toronto, il y a une pratique de courtiers immobiliers “cash back”. L’idée c’est qu’ils font 2.5% en te représentant sur un achat et ils te remettent 1%. Connaissez-vous de tels courtiers à Montréal ou dans les environs?
King = Primordial One = Creator
1st heir = first shade = God of Time = Ishtaroth = Unknown God (after corruption)
2nd heir = second shade = ???
Two guards = 3rd and 4th shades; play no role in Teyvat
King is dying / sick / weakened / unable to do some important job so they send their most powerful shade, Ishtaroth to do the "Keeping" for them. That goes well for a while and she's running about doing stuff I guess, until she becomes corrupted (by some snake representing the enemies of the king). She rebels against (or forgets about) the king and considers herself in charge. 2nd heir / 2nd shade goes out to fix stuff. King is already gone by now (so the second heir is not "sent" like the first heir but is only said to have "already taken up the path where the first had stumbled"). It's a tough job since Ishtaroth is more powerful. What you gonna do? Two other shades apparently gonna do nothing but stay with the sick / recovering king as guards.
Edit: A hint for anyone who wants one - technically it is a movie, but that's probably not the format that first comes to mind when you hear the title.
