A list of puns related to "Whole body vibration"

Edit: My EDS is not that severe, so for folks who have a more severe or serious form, this might not be a good option.
This is just my story.
Before WBV, I could only walk for about 10 minutes before needing to sit down and rest due to severe neck pain. I had to wear a neck brace on car trips. My clavicle/shoulder was in constant, unremitting pain. I used kt tape all the time, on my neck, feet, hands, elbows, etc. I could only paddle in a kayak for about 10 minutes, and the pain would be so severe the next day I couldn't function. I was barely able up function in my job for 15 hours per week.
I have EDS, with pretty bad hypermobile joints through most of my body.
About 2 years ago, I joined a yoga studio that used WBV (whole body vibration). I totally fell in love.
I loved how just standing on the WBV plate seemed to reset the pain feedback loops that were always on in my back, neck, shoulders, hands and jaw. I loved how a simple lunge, with one foot on the WBV plate and the other off, could strengthen my legs exponentially more than without. I loved that holding a forward fold whole standing on the WBV plate could work out the kinks in my upper back and neck.
I hated how rattled and miserable I felt if I overdid it on the plate, had bad posture while standing on it or moved funky... It would cause migraines at times, rebound pain... But I only had the 3x/week membership, so I continued to overdo it... Trying to get my money's worth, or some such silliness.
When covid hit, the studio closed and my EDS pain got bad again.
So I did a bunch of research and 15 months ago I bought a professional grade WBV plate for home. I use it every day, usually just for a couple of minutes, but sometimes for up to 15.
In the past week, I've walked 10 miles, up and down hills. I can easily go 3.5 miles at a fast walk with NO PAIN. I went for a 3 hour paddle in my own kayak, which I recently bought because I CAN PADDLE NOW! (My arms were sore the next day, but like a 3/10, not the 5/10 it used to be, and for much shorter duration.). I work 30 hour weeks pretty consistently now, with much less pain than before. I no longer need a neck brace in the car. I use far less pain medicine now. I'm nicer, since I'm in less pain. Life is just so much better than it was before WBV!
Since I got diagnosed, all I've really heard from providers and others who have EDS is that we can slow the decline with PT, OT, meds, nutrition, etc, but that there really is no reversing

Very little noticeable in the steering wheel, instead more of a shaking up and down. There is no lead up to it. Just Boom. As soon as that speedometer hits 70 mph, it starts shaking. However its not a consistent shake. Sometimes its mild, sometimes its rough. But its never not there. Im not thinking its the tires because I've had those tires (not the same type, but those actual tires) on 3 different vehicles. Just swapped them around and none of the other trucks were shaking at any speeds. But the shaking gets worse the faster you go past 70.
List of things I have replaced so far and the shaking is still there. -Upper/ Lower Ball Joints -Tie Rods
At this point, I have no idea what to try next and would appreciate anything else that I can throw money at until its fixed.
I read in this article about how to avoid the negative effects of not moving for severe ME/CFS. I was intrigued by the whole body vibration machine idea. Has anyone tried this?
So I recently came across a whole body of research on whole body vibration, which seems to claim increases in strength, power, and flexibility outcomes when training is performed on a whole body vibration device.
I thought those things were just something marketed to old people who didnβt know any better, but there seem to be consistently positive findings??
Basically, can somebody please tell me if this is just an ad campaign from big vibrator designed to sell more vibrators to gym bros and the elderly?
some of the studies Iβm talking about
Edit: I should also point out that there have been claims about vibration plates increasing serum testosterone levels, which makes this seem like even more of an impossibly good exercise
Hi. So basically I am writing this at 330 in the morning after what might of been my first WILD experience. Keep in mind I did not do this on purpose, as I donβt really have much experience with lucid dreaming, and certainly not purposely lucid dreaming. Iβve lucid dreamed a couple times in my life, but Iβve never gotten into actually inducing it myself.
Anyways, I had an experience just now that Iβm really curious to hear what yβallβs thoughts about it are. So I wake up from my sleep around 230 probably, but then promptly head right back to sleep. I fall into sort of a half dreaming, half awake phase where I could kinda play βgamesβ in my head, knowing they were dreams, but being able to control them. I can do this sometimes when falling asleep, but having this level of control is rare.
Then, at some point, it switches from really being able to control it, to more of a deeper dream state, where I didnβt really have control over what was happening, but I was still conscious and thinking, but I was pretty convinced what I was doing was real.
And now is where it really gets freaky. I dreamt that I was playing this new game with a couple people, where basically you lie on your bed on your shoulder and watch a projected light on the wall. It was like blue circles that started out small in the middle of the wall, and then grew outwards, getting bigger. There were many of them, and it was pretty hypnotic. And then, some type of sound que would come on to one side of you, either in front of you, down by your feet, or behind you. And I had to resist turning to that side or else I would get SUPER strong vibrations ALL throughout my body. And I mean SUPER strong. Vibrations like when your holding a chainsaw or something and your hands start to go numb after a while. I would feel these throughout my entire body, from head to toe. I was absolutely fascinated by this βgameβ and I remember thinking holy shit I have to show my friends this.
I played this for a while, and I was apparently playing with the creators of the game. It was connected to your phone and you could control the vibration setting. There was even this time where not a normal sound cue came on, but it was a phone ringing sound that came from behind you, so you had this intense urge to turn to pick it up, however if you did this you would get absurdly strong vibration feelings throughout your body. It was set up in a certain way where if you started to turn, you would get these vibrations, but if

Anyone suffer from this? Anything that can help? I'm so desperate for help! I have tried magnesium and zinc, doesn't seem to work.
