A list of puns related to "Webster University Thailand"
Anyone here attending Webster having IgnitED issues? 2 of my classes are in IgnitED as 1.98 credits. I called Webster and was finally put through to Lisa Michaud, their TA rep. She told me that IgnitED needed to fix it on their end, but the Carson Ed Center said that Webster needs to resubmit the request. This seems like a simple issue to fix, but I havenβt been able to get ahold of Lisa in a month through phone or email.
How is Webster University in state of Missouri? Can someone share details of its ranking and reputation in the state?
Anyone got into this Uni for exchange?
I got 1390 in december SAT. It's not that good but more than enough to get me into the best and most competative university in Thailand (BBA Chula)
My big thanks to everyone in this subreddit, especially people who answer the question I don't understand. I posted almost everyday lol.
Also, big thanks to Khan Academy. I completed almost 6,000 questions on that website. It really help me on math foundation
Also, there are so many people did not mention. Thank you!
Good day, I'm not from Thailand, but I've been planning to study there in a year or two. I've read about the political situation there and I became curious which schools are political or if the students in general are, since I would like to study in an environment where people care about the country and their fellow citizens' well-being.
Thank you in advance, and I hope this isn't offensive or anything. Just tell me if it is, so I could delete it.
If anyone has info about this university would be great!
Im going to use my GI Bill ( veteran benefits π) with them. Cant find much info online.
Thank you for any help.
I have been looking at the MBA program at the Athens, Greece campus for Webster University.
My contract is up in December and I know it's a bit of a gamble right now, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be able to move to Greece in January using the Post 9/11.
Is there anyone here who might be able to give some insight?
Would the BAH rate be based on St. Louis or Greece?
Thank you
How is it working?

Hello, I am currently attending Webster University for my MA degree. It is located in Webster Groves, Missouri.
I am happy with the school but everyone always frowns upon the name and asks me if its an online college. (It's not. It has a physical campus but also offer online courses/degree like most colleges.) I recently had an internship interview and they asked me that. My family keeps asking the same thing as well.
I am wondering if the name of the university is a real problem and if jobs won't take my degree seriously because of the name. To make matters worse, I do take classes online because I am currently working abroad. However, I took many online classes when I went to the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Transcripts and the degree does not reflect that classes were taken online, so nobody will know unless they ask me directly. Nobody asked if I took online classes at UW Milwaukee but now that I go to Webster Groves, they directly ask me if its taken online..
I don't want to change universities because I'm happy with this one -- it is accredited, non profit, has the MA program I specifically want which can be completed through a combination of online and on campus courses. However, I am so stressed out about this stupid, little detail to the point that I am considering transferring because I'm worried that employers won't take my degree seriously because of that name... Any advice or insight would be appreciated.
One of my soldiers (supply E6) earned his bachelor's from Webster University. Entirely online. He said the classes were watered-down and easy, but hey, it's a degree...and it earned him a spot at OCS! He's a captain now with 15 years.
I also know a bunch of officers who earned their master's degree online through these colleges, and sure enough, if you examine data on LinkedIn, the most common alma mater among soldiers is AMU.
Now I'm wondering...how useful are these degrees when they separate/retire and look for a civilian job?

Below is reprinted a letter sent from Robert Weiss S.J., the president of Jesuit Rockhurst University (known as Rockhurst College at the time) to CIA director William H. Webster on February 11 1988, inviting Webster to speak at Rockhurst's commencement address and to receive an honorary degree. The transcript of Webster's speech at Rockhurst is in the documents linked above. It is interesting to note that Robert Weiss S.J. served in the U.S. Army in the 42nd Rainbow Division during World War II (1943-1946) and was First Sergeant of Company M222nd Infantry Regiment . He joined the Jesuits immediately after the war in 1946! https://catholickey.org/2016/06/17/rev-robert-f-weiss-sj-former-rockhurst-university-president/

Mr. William Webster Director, CIA 2201 C Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20520
Dear Mr. Webster: On behalf of the Board of Trustees of Rockhurst College, as well as our students, faculty and administration, it is a particular privilege for me to invite you to receive an honorary degree at our commencement exercises on Sunday, May 15, 1988. The personal integrity with which you have served our nation and its citizens as a federal judge and as a leader of our country's law enforcement and intelligence gathering communities is an example of personal qualities which we hold up to the Rockhurst community as worthy of invitation. Your devotion to public service at a time when such a career is not popular makes you an appropriate recipient of a Rockhurst honorary degree.
The members of our 68th Rockhurst College graduating class would be especially proud to have you receive an honorary degree as approximately 500 of them receive their own degrees. It has been our custom at Rockhurst College to con
