A list of puns related to "Voice over LTE"

I noticed AT&T still doesnβt do volte on prepaid. There are rumours that AT&T wonβt have 3G at some points. As calls are over 3G, I wonder how that will be in the future.
Just noticed on a trip from New Mexico to Salt Lake City, that once I entered Colorado, I had VoLTE! I had updated my phone about two days ago and didn't realize it until I noticed my phone calls sound a million times better. Still no WiFi calling though.

Anyone else?
So I just got my LG-V50. Really enjoy the 5G. But i have one problem....
In my basement (where my home office is), I get a fairly weak LTE signal, so I tend to use WIFI calling here. On my old phone, I had issues with it wanting to to go over the (weak in my basement) LTE network for calling as well (which was terrible), until I found the place to turn that off, and go to strictly wifi calling when in my basement. Worked awesome. Great call clarity.
I just tried to do the same thing with my LG-V50. It lets me do this, by going to settings>Voice Networks > VoLTE calls. But when I turn this off, it also turns off my 5G service. So it puts me in the position of either having to remember to turn this on or off every time I leave the house, or just not using 5G (the whole point of buying this phone). Any thoughts here?
Bought a refurb Cricket iPhone 8, updated to iOS 12.4, and now all calls are going out over HSPA+
I don't know if At&t has LTE-Voice calls on hold in my area due to tower upgrades, but I just noticed the call quality sounded funny on the new phone and observed the phone dropping to the H+ network instead of LTE. (Yes, VoLTE is on, yes it's been restarted, reset, and refreshed)
Anyone experiencing non voice-LTE calls?
You can see if your carrier supports either feature here: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204039
If you have both features enabled, then it'll switch between the two seamlessly. It's very convenient when you're in an area with little-to-no cellular coverage while you're connected to Wi-Fi.

I have an iPhone XS Max with an AT&T eSIM, and a Verizon Nano SIM. Both are activated and working just fine, however, I can't seem to enable Voice over LTE in the Cellular Settings.
Specifically, I'm not seeing the "Enable LTE": "Voice & Data" menu in the Verizon Cellular details tab. It does appear under AT&T, however.
I contact Verizon and confirmed "HD Voice" is enabled on my account. Anyone know of a solution?

I have two phones, they have been upgraded to the new network.
Whenever I call phone #2, it drops to 4G.
If they're on the new network + support of the functionality, why is it not working yet?

Are there plans to activate IPv6, VoLTE, and Wifi calling?
I've got the iPhone 6S, so it's ready and waiting for it to arrive!
I have an iPhone XS that I switched to Xfinity Mobile today (I ported my number in from AT&T). Right from the start, I couldn't receive text messages, though I can send them. I called XM customer support, and they walked me though rebooting the phone with the SIM out, resetting network settings, and they had me wipe the phone and setup from scratch, but nothing helped.
I found another post here where someone had the same issue and turned off VoLTE (Settings - Cellular - Cellular Data Options - Enable LTE - Data Only), so I tried that and it worked -- I started receiving text messages once I turned off VoLTE. I'd rather not have to leave that turned off though. Can someone help me get my text messages without turning off VoLTE?
Is this feature possible it's somewhat annoying getting a call and being disconnected from lte?
Should I keep that option on ?
I'm on AT&T and switched to a Pixel after owning an iPhone 6. If I get Project Fi and call an iPhone on another cell provider will the call quality be similar to Voice over LTE, or will it sound like a regular phone call (i.e. horrible)?
I tried searching for this but couldn't find an answer. I'm a bit sad that after switching to the Pixel I'm only able to have "regular" phone calls now while on AT&T; hoping it's better if I change to Project Fi. Thanks!
Called my wife the other day (both AT&T, iPhone 6's), and the call was shockingly clear. To the point that even my wife, who doesn't notice things like that, mentioned it.
Anyone else noticed? Does it work cross-platform (iOS->Android/WM, etc.)?
Has anyone gotten this to work? People say I'm cutting out when I choose this. When I am on data only it's fine. Is there another setting I have to enable?
Updated my phone today. All of a sudden, people were complaining that they had horrible echo from themselves and that they could barely hear my voice.
Just turned off volte and it seems to have fixed the issue. What the heck happened in the latest Tmobile update?
Using a galaxy s7e
I never had call quality issues with att at my home, now all iphones are having issues when lte is set to voice and data. If i change lte to data only, my calls don't sound distorted and go thorough. Any way i can find a way to fix this? Thanks!
