A list of puns related to "Vascularity"
The first thing every site and person says is βlose bodyfat and waterβ but Iβm already low bodyfat, Iβm around 12% yet I see absolutely zero veins
I can see muscle separation everywhere, I can see my 6 abs fully, delt striations, chest separation and lines but zero, A ZERO veins, itβs like my body doesnβt have superficial protruding veins over my muscles
When my biceps are pumped I can see ONE vein popping, not even the cool bicep vein, just one in the joint of my elbows in the front
My forearms have separation and I can see individual fibers when I move them but their veins and bicep veins are non existent, I can faintly very blurry see them underneath, theyβre green but they seem super deep, and not even close to poppin through my skin
Any advice? Iβm thinking about drinking a lot of water (3 lts a day) so i can pee excess water weight and cut down to 10% bf
Any suplements? Nitric acid or something? Iβve never had any of those
Edit: I will add some body pictures so you can get an idea of my specific look/situation
I added a side bicep/delt shot so you can see my overall βsoftβ look, a picture of my hand/arm so you can see how non vascular it is, picture of the most vascular I ever got my arm to look (itβs shit and lasted like 10 seconds) and an abs shot so you can make sure my (estimated) 12% bf isnβt off,
Here are the shots
Hi guys, I noticed I am not vascular in the morning but as the day progresses I get more and more vascularity. Is there a reason or something? Ty
I've been on S4 for 17 days, currently at 40mg and started at 10mg. I introduced LGD at 2.5mg last week too. I'm yet to notice any change in vascularity - when do these changes usually occur? I also want to note that I'm fully aware fat loss will make veins more visible. I'm making this post with regard to s4s reputation for increasing vascularity - not its ability to help on a cut. I would like to know people's experiences with vascularity and PEDs so I can get better expectations of a timeline. Thanks EDIT - I'm lean enough to be vascular, I already had a ton of veins before the cycle
as per title, my thyroid LOOKS like I could have something wrong like Hashimoto's but my blood results are pretty good?
T4,Free(Direct): 1.19 ng/dL, range: 0.82-1.77
TSH: 1.660 uIU/mL, range: 0.450-4.500
Triiodothyronine (T3), Free: 2.8 pg/mL, range: 2.0-4.4
tpo antibodies are negative, but I still need to ask for a tg ab test.
my endocrinologist doesn't seem to want to do anything about it, and I don't know if anything can be done if my blood results are like this :/ any advice on what to do? I was first off going to get a new endocrinologist....
symptoms: fatigue, dry skin, high cholesterol, low libido
Iβm starting to see veins Iβve never seen on myself and it makes me just want to flex and see how much bigger I can make them. Itβs intoxicating. Anyways, thatβs all.
What are your top ten supplements for vascularity? (don't include citruline or argenine because everyone already know about those)
Basically, i'm pretty self concious about how veiny my hands and arms are (even my legs a little), so i was wondering if estrogen would decrease that at all like it does muscle mass?
Thanks in advance :)
Yo what body fat % soosh at Rn ? How he got those quad veins
After my first bulk, I was able to cut and get lean, and Iβm really happy with my current physique and vascularity. However, Iβd like to get slightly bigger and begin another bulk to improve my strength. But at the same time, I donβt want to lose the vascularity that I currently have. Any advice on how to approach diet and training? As of now, Iβm eating a caloric surplus of mostly protein and training with heavier weights.
