A list of puns related to "Vampire Weekend discography"
When everything pulls back and slows and Koenig sings in practically a whisper:
"When you left my room to go to the kitchen... I imagined that you, had died... A morbid streak runs through the whole of my familyyyyy, but for you, I would put it, to rest..."

... keep reading on reddit β‘Hi! I got into Vampire Weekend about a couple of months ago and I can't stop listening to their albums. I was wondering if there are any artists similar to Vampire Weekend's writing and sound that are still writing and making music. I want to get excited for more upcoming albums and one of the ways I could do that is getting into artists with a similar style. If you can think of any, please let me know! Thank you and have a great day!

Not here to bitch just genuinely shocked theyβre not on the lineup as theyβre playing a festival in Indianapolis the weekend before Roo and that always seems to be a stop for artists right before Roo!
Both are fantastic artists and wouldβve been amazing at Roo. Any ideas why they didnβt get booked?
If I'm not mistaken, I think it's Contra???
Quoted from the post for COLOR*IZ and Suki to Iwasetai:
>I am currently a wiz*one, and have listened to most of their songs, but I feel like there must be some of the more underrated side tracks they have which aren't often spoken about. I also wanted to FAMILAR*IZ (lol) with their discography more.
>This is why I decided to make one for my ult girl group, IZ*ONE!
>This post is inspired by the Red Velvet Discography ranking(?) posts I've found in this sub. Thank you to the user who created those!
>For these series of posts, I will classify the songs into grades, from A to F, and will keep updating it every post. I'm a very kind person and I just love music in general anyway so don't worry none of their songs will fall into the F tier that easily haha.
For this post I am doing for HEART*IZ, Buenos Aires and Vampire.
PART 1 [COLOR*IZ / Suki to Iwasetai] : LINK
_
PART 2:
Album : HEART*IZ
I remember when I first listened to this I was very impressed. If I'm not wrong this was the comeback that got me into Izone. I love almost all the tracks here.
1.Hey. Bae. Like it.
The track name is a little weird lol. I feel like this is an upgraded version of Colors, with more elegance and less bright. It works well as an intro of the album. I don't have much to say about this one.
Tier : B
2.Violeta
I read somewhere that someone said this song is an upgraded version of La Vie En Rose and I can agree with that to an extent. This song uses the house production to its advantage, the chorus is like La Vie En Rose, an instrumental chorus with repeated phrases, but somehow the production here carries the momentum better. The ending is the best part of the song.
Tier : A
3.Highlight
This track is the highlight(lol) of the album. I love the production here, the song sounds like nothing I've ever heard before. The hook sounds like some ASMR with the high frequency sound in the background and the quiet "look at me". And Yena got so many lines here I'm bound to like this song anyway lololol.
Tier : A
4.Really Like You
I always have a soft spot for guitar. I like guitar. I love guitar. I breathe guitar. (Even though I suck at playing it but let's leave it for another conversation)
This song is just so warm and cozy for some reason and I love it.
Tier : A
5.Airplane
This is another cute IZ*ONE track.

With the lack of vinyl releases on FOTB I was thinking of ordering some custom vinyl pressing of the fotb singles or past live shows. Itβs not very cost effective to do just one so wondering if anyone would be interested if these were pressed.
I donβt see them on many lineups. I believe they played OSL in the fall. They havenβt played in a while. I would be happy to see them on our lineup.
the βgive yourself a break, have a little faithβ melody and the guitar intro sounded familiar and it took a while to figure out itβs a similar progression to Sunflower. Also the vocals in Solar Power have a similar sound to Sunflower. Thoughts? A collab would be cool
Hi guys,
My girlfriend is very into vampire weekend and I wanted to buy a gift for her this Valentines Day. Unfortunately I am not familiar with the band so I can't think of a really great gift.
Do you guys have any recommendations? Even if I do a lot of research it would probably be second best to what you guys say.

TL;DR - A casual acquaintance asks me to help him make a character for a Vampire: The Masquerade LARP. He becomes so involved he starts to believe he's really a vampire, and the GM's tell him to take a break. During said break he decides that I'm a real vampire, tries to lure me to a patch of woods with a blood soaked altar, then tries to kill me with a stake after dousing me with a jar of animal blood while I was at work on a Saturday night in a tourist area.
I'm a wordy bitch, so this is a long read. Honestly, a really long read. You have been warned! Full disclosure, I did type this up and submit it to the Let's Not Meet podcast about a year ago, but as of yet it hasn't been selected for reading. I'm likely going to cross post this to RPG Horror Stories, so if anyone does choose this to read out please let me know so I can listen. I would be over the moon if it got chosen by ReddX or Drake or one of the other RPG readers. Feel free to edit out anything you feel isn't necessary to the story, I know I can meander on. If there are any misspellings, grammar mistakes, or spacing issues please let me know so I can fix them. Thanks in Advance!
Hello fellow lovers of all things geeky and creative! I've been confined to my bedroom for the past year and a half due to a surgical mishap with my lower spine, so I've spent A LOT of time finishing long abandoned projects, developing new crafting obsessions, (miniature building and diamond painting, anyone?), and listening to stories on YouTube. Content creators such as ReddX, CritCrab, Foxy Bard, Crispy's Tavern, Crowe's Perch, Den of the Drake, and many more have kept me company throughout the lonely days and long nights. In return for the welcome laughter, exasperated sighs, and occasional tears I'd like to offer this tale of LARPing and mistaken identity. Names are fake to protect the mentally ill.
I moved to Miami in 1994, after a series of traumatic life events left me with the desire to move somewhere that held no memories or people that knew me. I bounced from studio to apartment, worked as an exotic dancer at various bars, and started going to the local goth club every weekend night I wasn't working.
The place was called the Kitchen Club, short for Hell's Kitchen, and at the time was located in the warehouse space of the Post Office in the Coconut Grove area of Miami. The Grove in the mid-90's was a beautiful example of economic d
... keep reading on reddit β‘So I recently Billie Eilish did a collaboration with Gucci for a limited edition vinyl. I think itβd be fitting if Vampire Weekend did something like that for an anniversary vinyl for the Self-titled album or Contra, cause I see it going well with the themes of those albums.
Does anyone have any or all of Vampire Weekend's albums in 24 Bit lossless?
Thank you.
In my personal opinion, Vampire Weekend stole the whole festival. Best fucking act there! Outstanding
Talking every song, even Arrows. Excluding LβHomme Run because we have to draw the line somewhere. Trying to make a playlist. Thanks!
