A list of puns related to "USS Constitution"
HMS Indefatigable started life as a ship of the line, but was cut down a deck to make her a heavy frigate. The ship was extremely successful, taking so many prizes and destroying many enemy ships, even a French 74 gunner.
US heavy frigates, like USS Constitution were also very successful in destroying smaller Britidh fregates, but did not encounter razees. The Royal Navy was forced to keep its best units home to serve against Napoleon.
How did razeed frigates compare to US heavy frigates?
Man, how many times did I walk back and forth through that ship to get up to the top, while the whole time there is a boat lift on that back of the USS Constitution that brings you to the top. 678 hours played and just found this out today.
Hello all,
I am a New Accession Sailor (NAS) who currently works at the USS Constitution, a 18th century frigate. I give tours, assist our training division, public affairs office, and stand watch per duty section.
I got the opportunity straight out of bootcamp, they took me out of a room with 100+ people in it and gave me a spot to serve on there. I am in my fourth month (itβs a two year special duty assignment) here and am enjoying it so far.
I am contracted to go in as an MA. I will go to A-School after my tour here. I currently cannot promote due to my rate being βA-School requiredβ.
Ask me anything!
