A list of puns related to "Transverse Ligament of the Palmar Aponeurosis"
I thought people liked simple things rather than that!
26M, 67kg, 177 cm tall Have CTS for sometime now. I read somewhere that the ligament grows back after the surgery. Is that true?
Itβs always been apparent to me that muscles contract towards the origins and that the origin doesnβt move.
So I was quite confused when I was taught that the origin of the frontal belly is the skin of the eyebrows. It makes no sense to me.
It should be the other way around.

Ive been on 2.4g dose of mesalamine per day for about 2 weeks now. Iβve been having episodes of yellow diarrhea after work. Iβve been having yellow solid stools as well for maybe the past 3 weeks. With green every once in a while. I hold a physically strenuous (residential framer)job and I notice that on particularly tough days I quickly develop a feeling of fullness in my left side and will have the urge to go to the restroom , no blood but always yellow. I joined this community because it feels like nobody around me quite realizes what Iβm going through, the stress and the new habit of having to check my stools has done a number on my self image. Does anybody know how long it would take mesalamine to work? Or will I have to quit my job for a less strenuous one at some point ? Thanks in advance.
I understand that the transverse mass is Lorentz invariant, like the invariant mass, but how exactly is the 'transverse mass' constructed and why is it measured when describing a jet in (For example) a pp collision?
I struggle to see why it might be useful, when we can look at the transverse momentum as a measure of the 'spread' of the jet (right?).
Is the answer that, because we can't get invariant mass of a jet specifically, we measure the transverse mass (from the transverse momentum presumably), as an analogue to the inv mass?
Thanks alot in advance,

Title. I always hear how you should pace your trainings in the gym because tendons take a long time to adapt to increased workloads and etc. What ive never seen (after some quick googling) however are percentages and numbers for this. Does a tendon (and ligaments, cartilage, etc.) grow (or strengthen if those two are different) at 1/10th of the rate of a muscle?
