Curious what Dino's cover band is going to play this spring. Obviously expecting to hear a lot of Aggression Continuum with some Demanufacture and Obsolete sprinkled around, but I'm wondering how much of the FF mid-career we're going to hear.
He was out of the band for Archetype and Transgression so I'm not expecting to hear a single song from either of these two, but that still leaves Mechanize, The Industrialist and Genexus. I was a pretty big fan of Ray, so when they reformed without him and Christian I was kind of over it.
Anyone have any insight? I've kind of been away from FF for a while so I'm not sure what kind of traction these albums got. In any case, I'm very excited to see Dino's cover band this spring!

I was recently watching the original 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' where out of the four main characters, one of them is killed off immediately after she has sex with her boyfriend. Afterwards, the boyfriend becomes the second person to die within the plot of the movie, leaving two remaining main characters, one of them being the female primary protagonist of the story and the other being her male romantic partner. The latter, who is shown throughout the movie as being interested in having sex with the former, becomes the next person to be killed off, leaving the female to be the last surviving member.
I'm really bothered by this pattern that I've seen repeatedly in movies, because I was able to predict who the next person to get killed off is based on how promiscuous they are or seem to be. Prior to watching this movie, I was basically on a classic horror movie marathon, and other movies where I noticed this trend is John Carpenter's Halloween and Sam Raimi's Evil Dead. This is such a strange writing trope to me. Where did this come from? Why does it exist?
Hi. So I’ve been sober for pretty much 2 years, aside from a couple relapses that lasted a night. I didn’t fall back into the pattern, I learned from the experience, and my life had been drastically different since I quit. I’m proud of myself. My partner can’t appreciate my hard work, focuses on my relapses and bases his outlook of me on them, not the overall picture. Suddenly he wants a divorce and is hyper fixated on all this shit that isn’t going on anymore. I suspect he’s met someone else or that someone is whispering in his ear. Regardless it sucks. I’m being punished for the past, by someone who claims to love me but refuses to acknowledge the progress I’ve made. I moved from another country to be with my husband, and I work for him. This means my job and my home are gone as well as my marriage. I’m very tempted to choose drinking and suicide as a way to deal with this. I thought I was doing great. I was waiting for things to start getting better.

This is a legal situation that requires some urgency because the statute of limitations may be out soon.
My biggest challenge has been locating what type of lawyer to consult. This potentially involves discrimination, malpractice, a municipality (some are reluctant to involve a municipality), and other categories I might not know. Google results for a wrongful 5150 have provided little help.
I was wrongfully confined on a 5150 based on provably false information in writing. Then I was mistreated when I got to the hospital. They filled out a 5250 form with false statements for my indefinite confinement, but when my mother told them that she was getting a lawyer to fight their claims, the hospital director bragged that the documents were not intended to be filed but were shown to me to threaten me into greater compliance. I repeatedly asked to be seen by a qualified psychiatrist and was not. I was actually kept longer than the 72 hours against my will. There was a form signed by a psychiatrist that stated that he interviewed me on the last day. This never happened! I have no idea what sort of information is now on my medical history. The after effects haunt me and have painfully disrupted my way of life to this day. It has severely limited my ability to help care for my family. My OCD symptoms are now many times worse than they were before. I am looking for any legal recourse open to me.
I was staying in a hotel and in the middle of the night at 2:00 AM, a woman with a clipboard showed up and demanded that I interview with her. I have a relative who has stirred up incidents like this because of my autism and OCD. Usually I just do the interview, and they are satisfied and leave. This woman was primarily asking questions about my eating with less about my autism. I thought they were standard health questions, but I now I think she was fishing for an excuse to write a 5150. After the interview, a bunch of police came jogging with a stretcher and restraints. They demanded I get on. I asked by which law. One of the policeman pointed at himself and said “Me”. Knowing better than to object, I got on. I was brought to the mental wing of the hospital. They never mentioned why I was there. They prescribed an antipsychotic drug. I told them I had had a gene test.to determine which drugs are appropriate for me. A doctor had cautioned me about antipsychotics, so I said I didn’t want to take it. Does anyone know where Freud wrote this? I’m looking for the source. Or any instances where Freud talks about transgression.
Prison Break has some of the worst fashions I have ever seen. From Michael's array of ill-fitting and drab sweaters to Lincoln's perpetually unbuttoned shirts. But I think by far the most egregious fashion item was Sara's sunglasses. Super unflattering. Made me cringe every time she wore them.

To put it simply, I made mistakes and unintentionally ruined my friendship with a really great person.
Over the past few months I've come to realize how... not great of a person I was back then, even if didn't mean anything bad by it as she said. I'd like it if we eventually became friends again, but I'm doubtful of it happening.
I'd just be grateful to be able to do nice things for her to make up for how I acted the last weeks of our friendship. I would appreciate it if you were to pray for me so that I can at least try to make up for it, and especially so if you were to pray for our friendship to possibly come back.

On July 16, 2020, Citadel Securities agreed to a $700,000 fine by FINRA for executing customer orders at prices worse than it traded for its own account. It was allowed to neither admit nor deny the charges. The activities did not occur over a matter of days or weeks – but over a period of years.
On November 13, 2020, FINRA fined Citadel Securities $180,000 for failing to mark 6.5 million equity trades as short sales. Citadel did not admit or deny the allegations but paid the fine. The activity occurred between September 14, 2015 and July 21, 2016.
On December 10, 2018 the Securities and Exchange Commission fined Citadel Securities $3.5 million for the following:
“From November 2012 to August 2016, Citadel submitted 2,774 EBS to the Commission, all of which contained deficient information, resulting in incorrect reporting of trade execution time data for approximately 80 million trades. As a result, Citadel violated the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of Section 17(a)(1) of the Exchange Act and Rules 17a-4(j) and 17a-25 thereunder.”
“EBS” is the format used to electronically send trading records to the SEC. The SEC describes the importance of these trading records as follows:
“Commission staff routinely sends requests for securities trading records to market makers, brokers and/or clearing firms in order to identify buyers and sellers of securities, and firms provide the requested records in a universal electronic format known as the EBS format. It is a fundamental obligation of broker-dealers to provide complete and accurate EBS data when requested by representatives of the Commission to do so. The submission of complete and accurate blue sheet data is critical to many aspects of the Commission’s operations and its ability to discharge its enforcement and regulatory mandates. The failure of a broker-dealer to provide complete and accurate EBS information in response to a Commission request can impact the Commission’s ability to discharge its statutory obligations, undermine the integrity of its investigations and examinations, and ultimately interfere with the Commission’s ability to protect investors.”
