Iโve seen so many people use the symbol for businesses and in many other forms, and wanted to know if someone could just use it or had to go through a process to use it legally?
I use the trademark symbol every once in a while as a joke, mainly in Reddit Commentsโข. An early use of this symbol as a joke is Soonโข in relation to Blizzard/WoW discussions. I have no particular fear of being sued over using โข as a joke. However, are there any saticical/jocular uses of the โข symbol that might be straddling the line and might (in some unspecified number of Decadesโข) lead to an interesting legal issue?
I've been trying to figure out how to use the trademark symbol in dialogue. I see that it's in the ascii.png, but when I put a โข in my dialogue box, it seems to get ignored, not putting anything where the โข is. Does anyone know how to access and use those other symbols?

I'm using Google AI Platform. When importing a JSONL file with various HTML entities, the encoding changes during the import. So for example, a registered name like Nintendoยฎ is appearing in my dataset as Nintendoรยฎ and a trademarked name like Animal Crossingโข is appearing as Animal Crossingรขยยข.
When it comes to training an accurate model, should I be selecting the longer and stranger encoded version for the label since technically that's all part of the name (encoded differently)? Or am I missing a way to better encode my Google datasets?
Edit: More information... I'm uploading it in UTF-8 format and it appears correctly when viewed in Google Cloud Storage but during labeling it's appearing differently (ISO-8859-1 format). I guess my main question is only is it okay to proceed with labeling in this format (since I assume all data coming in will be converted in the same fashion)?
