A list of puns related to "Torture and the Ticking Bomb"
{{Snake Rain}} is a very infamous one. All we need is a Reptile archetype that loves being in the graveyard, or worse, a BA-level archetype of Reptile floaters, and this card will be incredibly OP. Considering the recently-revealed Alien Link that is generic Reptile support, Konami at least shows they remember the type...
{{Gale Dogra}} is one of those weird cards from early in the games lifespan, and it has the potential to be busted. 3K for a mill of any Extra Deck monster AND its not once per turn! Although considering the hefty cost, you'd be close to dead if you use it twice, and I feel that cost is what kinda holds it back. I think the only thing its used for is in some Ritual decks to mill {{Herald of the Arc Light}}, but with Devirituals, it seems completely unnecessary. What bugs me about this card, no pun intended, is what the hell its purpose was around the time of its release? There was no Miracle Fusion variant, and you can't SS an Extra Deck monster from the graveyard anyway if it wasn't properly summoned first.
The fact that so many people want to die and so many murders are happening and so much suffering too are all symptoms of a sick world that needs to purge and heal.
I feel like mayhem has to break loose, theres so much tension, so much pent up shit, that something has to happen to wipe all the shit out of this world. People have to die in the process, people have to die indiscriminately for this to bounce back.

sometimes when time runs out huge ripples go out from them, and sometimes theyre just duds that people dont even notice. they can also be too old to work and only ripple a little when once they might have rippled a lot.
For those that don't know, the most recent update (v1.101.0 for iOS) moved the New Attack button from below the moves section to right underneath the Evolve button, so that all three upgrade buttons are right next to each other. It is only a matter of time before someone misclicks New Attack instead of Evolve and mashes through the prompts (as we all know we do), and suddenly finds themselves tens of thousands stardust poorer than before. The prompts for New Attack and Evolve (without an item) look basically identical aside from minor wording differences (whereas Power Up looks different with the CP change), so it won't be terribly difficult for this to happen.
In addition, this change breaks the thematic grouping of the upgrade buttons (leveling up and evolution go hand in hand, the new move learned literally replaced where the button was so it felt like an unlock), and it pushes move information off screen (at least on my 6S, may vary based on screen size), making it harder to gather all relevant information about a new catch at a glance, as well as breaking compatibility with third-party apps such as Poke Genie.
It's such a minor UI change, but I sincerely hope Niantic reverts this. It's a glut of QOL downgrades.
Also, do you know of any other such methods? I have been trying to make some scenes of my book more suspenseful, but I am not sure where to start.
help pls...
This has really bothered me, how every modern Hollywood film today, doesnβt know how to create tension and drama in a scene without needless having a βdown to the last secondβ element to it. The latter two movies of Disney Star Wars piss me off with this. In TLJ, fuel is made a issue not only to make a slow speed chase, but to also to create the drama in the scene βOh no, the Resistance only has 18 hours!β Because without that element their is no tension, only boredom. Solo does this to a much lesser extent, where during the heist, rather than just letting the heist itself be the drama, they have to needless add in the Cloud Rider gang to make the heist go down to the last second. The scene was fine without them (actually the movie doesnβt even need them because itβs just a ham fisted rebellion reference). It bugs me how little todayβs writers know and canβt write a scene with natural drama. Anyone else notice this?
